XML with multi-sequence UTF8 byte characters

Anyone know how to recover a document XML with the UTF8 sequence several bytes of the characters to a database ORADB11g (ORADB10g works very well)? If I use the method below UTF8 sequence several bytes of characters are treated as characters separated instead of a single character. I use binary XML and the following pots (of an ORADB11g installation):
-ojdbc6.jar (11.1.0.7.0 - Production)
-orai18n.jar (11.1.0.7.0 - Production)
-xdb.jar (xdk_version_11.1.0.6.0_production)
-xmlmesg.jar (xdk_version_11.1.0.6.0_production)
-xmlparserv2.jar (. xdk_version_11.1.0.6.0_production)

I tried several options still OPAQUE and so on, but I'm now off clues...

Thank you

Chris

public static Document loadDocument (connection dbConnection, String, collection, String documentId) throws Exception {}
If (collection == null | documentId == null) {}
throw new IllegalArgumentException ("collection or documentId is null");
}
Statement statement = null;
ResultSet resultSet = null;
try {}

Create a Statement object for sending SQL statements to the database
Statement = dbConnection.createStatement ();

Executes the given query which should return a ResultSet object
resultSet = statement.executeQuery ("SELECT OBJECT_VALUE FROM" + collection
+ "WHERE the existsNode (OBJECT_VALUE,'/ * [@docid = \" "+ documentId +" \ "]') = 1"); "

Browse the game to find the result of results
While (resultSet.next ()) {}
Object object = resultSet.getObject (1);
If (item! = null) {}

Return the first one found
Return (object) .getDocument () (XMLType);
}
}
} {Finally
If (resultSet! = null) {}
resultSet.close ();
}
If (declaration! = null) {}
Statement.Close ();
}
}
Returns a null value.
}

Have you tried to ask the question on the XDK forum...?

  • In v31.0, I can view is more 'raw' XML files with line breaks and ' < ' and ' / > ' characters. Is there a setting that will give me this option?

    Until a few days ago when I opened a file XML with Firefox, I see the content of the file appears with line breaks and ' < ' and ' / > ' and elements. Like this:

    fixed image in < typeOfResource > < / typeOfResource >

     <genre authority="marcgt">picture</genre>
     <genre authority="nmc">Print, Photographic</genre>
     <originInfo>

       <dateIssued encoding="marc">1884</dateIssued>
       <issuance>monographic</issuance>
     </originInfo>
     <language>

    Now, it will display like this:

     still image picture Print, Photographic 1884 1884 monographic eng electronic

    No tags or line breaks. I need to see the entire XML file. How can I configure FireFox to display this for me? One of my colleagues uses v31.0 and XML views with tags and the line breaks for him.

    For example, I was looking at files sitemap.xml (search Google for inurl:sitemap.xml). For those who have not declared a style sheet, you should always see the classic "source highlight: presentation

    Example: http://www.website.com/sitemap.xml

    Are the files that don't appear as similar planned by not declaring a style sheet?

    As a temporary workaround, you can view the source to see the original. Either:

    • CTRL + u
    • Right click > view Page Source
  • "VISA read text strings do not match identical constants text search - could it be double-byte characters.

    Our compatible RS232 instrument sends ASCII strings to COM 1 and I read in the channels. For example, I get the "OVD" chain, or at least it looks like "OVD" if I post it. However, if I send to the entrance of a business structure selector and create a "TPM" case, if both seem to match varies. Sometimes it matches, and measure its length returns 3. Sometimes it is 7 or 11 or 12 characters long, and it does not match. I can reproduce a match or a mismatch with my choice of the order who went to the instrument before the command that causes the TPM reaction, but have has no sense of this idea. I ran him explicitly selected Whitespace Trim, with Both Ends (by default). I also shot the string into a byte array, autoindexed has to perform a loop on that and spent only the bytes if they do not equate 32, or if they equal 0, spaces of reflection or NULL values can be in there, but not better.

    Using the Trim Whitespace comments that it does not remove the "double-byte characters". But I can't find anything else on the "double-byte characters". Could be the problem? There are functions that can tell if there are "double-byte characters", or convert into or out of them? By "double-byte characters," they simply mean Unicode?

    Cebailey,

    Double-byte characters are usually used for characters in languages other than English.  If you post your message in "display Codes"------"' in a string indicator you see other characters?   Could also use Hex display to see the number of bytes in the message.  You've probably found messages with non-printable characters that might be necessary to prune before using your application.  If you want more information the ' \' display of Codes, there is a detailed description in the help of LabVIEW.  You can also find information on our Web site using LabVIEW.  Backslash ("\") display Codes

  • Please help to read the XML with XMLTable

    Hi gurus,

    I'm not very familiar with XML parsing. It seems to me that it should be very easy to get the data. For some reason, I'm having a problem to get the data.

    SELECT *.
    OF e util.hlsr_online_entries,.

    XmlNamespaces)
       ' http://tempuri.org/ '    as "dt",
    ("urn: schemas-microsoft-com: XML-diffgram-v1" as "dg").

    "/ DataTable / dg:diffgram/DocumentElement/JrShowCustomerHeifers.
    PASSAGE XMLTYPE (e.entry_data)
    COLUMNS
    SeqNo TO the ORDINALITE,
    DocumentID NUMBER PATH "DocumentID",.
    PATH of VARCHAR2 (100) ClubName "ClubName") as test
    WHERE e.ref_id = 33422

    The query above does all the data for me. My hunts is the problem with the tab DocumentElement. I tried a different variant management.

    Regarding your suggestion, I've never used the syntax of FLWOR. I'll try to implement if I can make it work.

    "FLWOR is the abbreviation of ' for Let's where Order by Return" and refers to the full form of an XQuery query expression.

    Do you think it would be faster than the way I have the values?

    You have used a FLWOR expression (the 'for' + 'return' part of it) in this post: Re: Please help to read the XML with XMLTable

    And I have already said: do not use in this case.

    Faster or slower isn't the point. Oracle will evaluate the expression in the same way.

    But from a maintenance point of view, it's obviously much easier to use a simple XPath expression like this:

    /DT:GetJrShowCustomerHeifersResponse / dt:GetJrShowCustomerHeifersResult / dg:diffgram/DocumentElement/JrShowCustomerHeifers

    and please do not confused, you don't need to answer if I do not any sense.

    BUT I STILL HAVE ONE LAST QUESTION

    do you know how to use namespaces in the exctractvalue().

    I'm not "troubled", just frustrated that you don't seem to understand what I've explained so far.

    Why do you insist on the use of extractvalue? Don't use extractvalue, it is deprecated, use XMLTABLE instead.

    If you feel compelled to use extractvalue of certain grounds, just the curiosity to seek it in the documentation, you can find the syntax to use the namespaces:

    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E11882_01/server.112/e41084/functions061.htm#SQLRF06173

    in your last code, you first insert the XML and extract data from it. I can do it too, but it's not my requirement. I'm supposed to read the first xml (if it is valid) as I do in my code using the table function and make the continuation of the procedure.

    Look, I'll ask you one last time:

    What problem are you having? What prevents you from first reading, certain values before inserting, as you need. Just use the same query XMLTABLE that I showed in my example, except you will not query the table, but directly from the XMLType variable:

    PASSAGE v_xml

  • No Audio signal in order to master with nested sequences

    I tried finding a solution but can not find anything the same as this.

    I have several sequences with multi track edits in them (not multi camera but on different audio and video tracks)

    I dropped these sequences in a sequence master, they line up perfectly, but when I play them, the video is fine, but there is no audio data.  the individual sequences have audio without any problem.

    I did not no audio editing in sequence, just assembled visual editing with audio tracks orignial attached.

    I klnow I must be missing a step or do something wrong, but he can not know!

    Thank you

    A

    I did not understand if a) chronology is show that the track audio (s), but no audio playback or b) none of the audio tracks are still added to the timeline.

    If it is b, then the first thing to check is if the Source patch is enabled at least one audio track. In the scenario below, with A1 not selected, insertion/replacement will add video to the timeline.

  • EclipseLink workbench - Sessions.xml and native sequencing for SQL Server

    We are migrating to TopLink to EclipseLink.

    In the TopLink Workbench, it was easy to configure the sessions.xml - sequencing to use 'Sequencing Native' for SQL Server identity columns.
    But with EclipseLink workbench, I can't understand how to use 'Native Sequencing'. The option "default (table) (default sequence)" cannot be renamed or deleted. I tried to remove the registration of default table sessions.xml manually which doesn't work anymore.

    I'm looking for is to check if the session uses the SQL Server platform and is configured to use "Native Sequencing"
    It worked in TopLink, but since I can't get rid of the default table sequence the getUsesNativeSequencing() always returns false.

    How can I check if the session is configured to use the NativeSequencing?
    Thanks for the help

    Code:
    final String databasePlatfrom = getParent () .getLogin () .getDatasourcePlatform () m:System.NET.SocketAddress.ToString ();
    UsesNativeSequencing Boolean is getParent () .getLogin () .getUsesNativeSequencing ();.

    Sessions.xml entry:_
    sequencing <>
    < default homopolaire xsi: type = 'table-sequence' >
    < name > default < / name >
    < / homopolar fault >
    <>sequences
    < sequence xsi: type = 'native-sequence' >
    < name > default < / name >
    < / sequence >
    < / clips >
    < / sequencing >

    Doesn't sound that you configured for the class of sequencing. If you did, the field would not be included.

    Also make sure that you set the database platform to SQL server.

  • Error-1074135024 with the sequence mode arbitrary two-channel on SMU-5451

    Hello

    I am trying to use both channels on my SMU-5451 and operate in arbitrary sequence mode.

    In the build step start, I get the error-1074135024:

    Possible reasons:
    Invalid value for the parameter or property.

    Attribute values are not similar in the channels or the specified features. Use a unique channel name or feature name to query the value.

    Unfortunately, I have no idea what parameter or property value causes the error.

    Initially, I tried this with my own VI, and I was able to run each channel individually, but could not get them both to operate simultaneously. As an attempt to troubleshooting Finally, I decided to change the example of arbitrary signals Fgen (Dual Channel) (which worked properly), to see if I could get it to work with arbitrary sequences. I still get the same error. I enclose modified VI, because it is quite a bit simpler than what I'm running.

    I'm under Labview 2012.0.1f3 (32-bit) on a Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit) operating system.

    Thanks for any help you can offer on how to solve this problem!

    Bill

    So with the help of your VI I have figured out how to make it work.

    First of all, your VI I noticed that I should wire the specific channel, I just want to niFgen Create VI waveform, but not in VI of arbitrary sequence niFgen set up. For this I devrais either do not fill in the entrance of the channel, either entry "0.1". This gets rid of the original error message that prompted this post.

    Your VI works, but it seems to be designed to write on only one channel at a time. However, I noticed that if I run it with all the waveforms channel 0, change the waveforms to be on channel 1 and click load & sequence, waveforms will be correctly output channels 0 and 1.

    Finally, I worked on that the trick is to create an arbitrary sequence, so use the arbitrary Create Sequence niFgen and niFgen configuration arbitrary sequence screw, single-channel waveforms. Then run the niFgen Clear VI arbitrary memory, then create another arbitrary sequence for the other channel. After that, run the generation VI niFgen undertake. And everything works fine! I don't know why it is important to have clear memory arbitrary VI in the Middle, but it seems to be essential for this to work properly.

    I downloaded my VI relatively simple test that works properly with this arrangement.

    Thank you very much for your help.

  • Problem in creating several attributes XML with the same name of the attribute

    I am trying without success trying to create several attributes XML with the same name, as shown here in a Microsoft example configuration file:

    I'm calling the NewDocument GetRootElement functions and then "newelement" (appSetting), "newelement" (add)

    Then I call AddAttribute with add, key & Key0, then with add, value & 0.  This seems to work fine but when I try to add the second pair of key & Key1 and value attributes & 1 for item "Add" replaces ""and I find myself with"" only.

    I do something wrong or CVI is not able to create an XML of this type?

    Thank you

    Here's how you do it. I show not to keep things simple error checking.

    I'm trying to familiarize themselves with JAXB in jdeveloper. I am facing some problems. There are a few test cases for which he works, for others it is not.

    Case 1:

    XML file is created manually. Respective java class to xmlelements is created manually. There is no ObjectFactory.java or jaxb.properties. Demarshalling this XML file works fine.

    Case 2:

    XML file is not created manually. All the respective java classes including ObjectFactory.java and jaxb.properties are generated using the widget ' JAXB 2.0 content XML Schema model "jdeveloper. I deleted ObjectFactory.java, jaxb.properties, and package - info.java. Demarshalling xml with this class file works fine.

    Case 3:

    Even in case 2, but this time I do not delete or change whatever it is generated and used as it is. It does not work. Get the following error.

    The project is included in the annex to this issue. It is ready for use. More information in the commentary to the java code. The main class is JAXBExampleClass.java.

    What is the problem with case 3?

    OK, I've been messing around with codes generated a bit and found the solution. The problem is that the value of the XmlSchema namespace had error in package - info.java class. There is no specified XmlSchema namespace in the XML file. Thus, the given value in the package - info.java was wrong.

    @javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlSchema (namespace = "http://www.example.org", value / / wrong, set it to an empty string or that of your xml file, if it has any)

    elementFormDefault =

    javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlNsForm.QUALIFIED)

    package com.example.jaxbintro.xmlerror;

    After you set the namespace to the empty string, since my xml file do not have one, code ran very well.

    @javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlSchema (namespace = "",)

    elementFormDefault =

    javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlNsForm.QUALIFIED)

    package com.example.jaxbintro.xmlerror;

    The file package - info.java can also be removed and it will work. For more details on the package and XmlSchema annotated level, what information on the package class is for, be found in the following link.

    Hey,.

    You must save your file in Unicode text format. File in text format is Unicode supports non-Western characters (two bytes).

  • ODI 12 c: IKM for differential insert and update with a sequence in the target table

    Hello

    I have a map where I fill in a column of my target table using a database sequence. Now my mapping is supposed to load the target gradually table. So I need a revenge for update and incremental insert. Now with this differential IKM it compares all the columns to match all colmuns line to understand, it should be an insert or update. Now, the following code shows that when the ROW_WID is loaded with a sequence of database.

    If NOT EXISTS

    (select 1 from W_LOV_D T

    where T.ROW_WID = S.ROW_WID

    and ((T.CREATED_BY = S.CREATED_BY) or (T.CREATED_BY IS NULL and S.CREATED_BY IS NULL)) and

    ....

    ....

    < the rest of the comparison of columns >

    )

    So when running ODI returns following error

    Caused by: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "S". "" ROW_WID ": invalid identifier

    Please suggest if there is no other IKM I should use or if there is another way around it without changing the code IKM...

    Hi Marc,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I had solved it. The incremental update process inserts all rows from the source table to I$ table that exists in the target table. It does so by the where sql such as mentioned in my questions as

    WHERE THERE is NOT ( . COLUMNS = . COLUMNS)

    Now in the incremental update IKM Oracle to retrieve all the columns it uses the substitution with parameter as TABLE TARGET. Due to this column sequence will in the comparison and the request fails. When I used the IKM SQL incremental update it used INTEGRATION TABLE as parameter table to pick up the columns, as I'd mentioned in the target sequence is run, so it does not get the sequence column.

    Simple answer: to solve this, use incremental update of the SQL IKM.

    Thank you

    SM

    I'm on version 4.1.1.00.23 of the APEX. I've created a classic report and I am trying to sort. Here's how I'm trying to sort by column name. I have TotPGPV with sorting sequence 1 desc and NewTOTPGPV with sorting sequence 2 desc. I have Count1, Count5 with the sort column. What I'm asking is when the report is run can column sorting to default Count1 and Count5 descending instead of the ascendant. I don't see anywhere to set the default value for the sort column.

    Hi - on the report of the page attributes - that you show in your attached screenshot - you can select the columns to sort on the sort sequence as well as the direction of the sort, i.e. for a given column, you can choose to allow sorting on this column, what position this column must be in the sort sequence and whether to sort Ascending or descending by default (i.e. '1' means sort this column first and bottom-up and "1 desc") sort this column first and downhill). Don't forget that once you click on one of the headings of column during execution, it changes your sort settings and these settings are stored in your preferences, that is, they are used again the next time you log in your application and rerun the report.

    Kind regards
    Marc
