  The TC appears in airport utility? If not then it is probably not part of your network or is lost... upgrade installed you El Capo because there a lot of questions.

  What is the TC plugged into the network by ethernet? And configured properly? Are you to internet via the TC... but can not see his drive... that would be typical?

  Have you set Finder preferences to display the network drives? Apple keeps making it difficult for some unknown reason.

  The Manual of the product gives instructions for adding memory to spare that read something like this:

  You can add both modules of memory of 4 GB for a maximum of 8 GB of memory.

  I know that the seller of spare RAM parts indicates that the configuration of out-of-spec will work. If you accept this insurance, please ask the vendor for assistance with any problems that arise. Otherwise, reinstall the original brief, or new memory in accordance with the instructions from Apple.

  It is possible that the Automatic Configuration Windows wireless service is not configured to run at startup.
  Try the following:
  1. click on Start and run
  2. type in the box to run services.msc
  3 scroll down and look for the Automatic Wireless Configuration service
  4. double-click on the service and make sure that the Startup Type is set to Automatic

  You've synced the iPhone yet? It refreshes the data in iTunes.

  Furthermore, if you have configured to load music you deleted or the same photos of iTunes, iTunes will put this information on the iPhone when you synchronize.

  Try pressing sync and see if it changes at all.

  So the error that you are experiencing is the file disappears and you don't find it even when searching. Recently, I've seen problems with
  files that disappears because of the antivirus. I would like to uninstall (not disable) your antivirus. Then save the file to the desktop. Then see if you can find the file.

  Also, if you have never used Norton antivirus and uninstalled, then be sure to use the Norton removal on their site tool to ensure that all related evidence
  Norton is removed from your system. Then try to download the file again and see if you can find it.

  The free trial of Acrobat Pro is the way to go. It converts PDF to Word very easily - but not necessarily good, depends on the source PDF. Acrobat Pro is a lot more that you may find useful.

  I had this problem too on my iMac (21.5 inch, late 2009) and I tried to restore to the previous version and then do the update again, but I got the same results.  I also tried to reinstall OS X option of the application of the utilities on the recovery disk that took a few hours but got the same results.  Finally, I tried to restart and make a secure boot (hold down the SHIFT key when the bell rang and rejection when the Apple shows up) and I was able to get the computer to boot.  When I logged in a window pops up saying "Complete Installation" and still had 6 min.  When he finally finished, I was an able to connect as usual and everything works fine now.   My mid 2009 Macbook Pro has no problems with the update but my iMac has been a pain.  I hope this helps you and anyone else who may have this problem.

  OPTION B: If your misguided use of the RegServe caused this problem, only an another clean install will correct it.  (No, I DON'T recommend to try a repair installation.)

  OPTION C: If the failure to run the McAfee removal tool before installing Avast4 [1] and fix it any/all the Windows updates after your last clean install caused this problem, only one other clean install will.  (No, a repair install won't work.)

  Tip: See what happens when the next batch of updates are released on 13 dec-11. If the behavior persists, meet again on this issue .
