  Ok. Here is my experience with my new XA Xperia.

  Number #1: Pin code is not accepted

  I I had a few months ago and was very happy with it. Last weekend I went to bed and the battery was about 50% charged when I woke up the battery was completely empty. So I put in the charger and turned on after a while, but now the pin code is not accepted. The phone says only: "incorrect pin code. I have the same code as on my last phone and know 100% that I him have not changed my car during the night. I don't know even how to change.   So, if someone else has this problem, please try the method described above.

  Support staff of Sony is useless and I have to say that the level of support is terrible. If my trip can be reduced to this:

  Phone does not > software does not > Web site works not > when I finally support is useless.

  Figured it out myself but spend too many hours in the process.
