  You could improve memory to 4 GB of RAM.
  The laptop can be upgraded to 4 GB, but note that the Windows 32 bit OS (Vista & XP) will see only 3.2 GB due to the limitation of the 32 bit OS.
  In this case, you must use the 64 bit OS to get full access to 4 GB.

  Open your office cc application > click the upper right gear > preferences > account > disconnection from the creative clouds.  then uninstall your cc applications.
