  Hello everyone! I am one of those lucky owners of the Dell XPS L502X, which boasts of perhaps the best pair of speakers for laptop in the world.   Hello. Looks like a hardware failure. You can see suggestions in the sections L502x and L702x of the FAQ Audio Choppy/jump, but seriously if re - install the Realtek audio driver not corrects him then I think you need to replace the speaker.

  Please share the installed operating system. It seems that the Chipset drivers are missing. Here are the steps that you can follow to install the drivers:

  • Click the http://dell.to/18NmI2Dlink.
  • Enter the serial number of your system, and select the operating system.
  • Under the section of Chipset, you will find all the drivers you need to install following:
    • Intel Huron River (HM67)
    • Renesas USB 3.0 host controller driver
    • JMicron JMB389 card reader

  Restart the system and check if the problem persists. If so, then share the screenshot of the Device Manager with all the appliances expanded so that I can share the correct set of drivers with you. Here are the steps to access the Device Manager:

  • Press the combination of keys Windows Logo key + R key to open the dialog box run.

  Good so I have this laptop Dell XPS L502X that I bought in 2012. The laptop provided with Microsoft Windows 7 Home Edition.

  His output HDMI for my Sony LED used previously to work properly.
