XPS15 & Bluetooth mouse - WM615 do not match

I just got the XPS15 and a mouse WM615 Bluetooth and I followed the simple instructions to a T.  I press the Bluetooth button and the light on the mouse blinks because it's supposed to.  The computer displays the available on Bluetooth mouse.  A computer, I click on "Peer", but the error message keeps popping up saying not found, please make sure that the mouse is still detectable.

I tried again and again, same thing.

Any ideas anyone?

Jim

I had the same problem with my new xps 15 9550 and mouse WM615. Try to resolve it with Dell, was a mechanic at home but nothing helps.

Problem remained for about a month. Today, I found this suggestion on the internet by:

Go to Device Manager-> ECS-> Dell Wireless 1830 ac-> properties-> advanced. You should see a list of the various parameters to change. Scroll down to "Bluetooth Collaboration" and set it to "Disable". Now my mouse works perfectly!

It works perfectly fine!

Maybe it helps you too.

Is there anyway to make the mouse work with my laptop?

I think you found the problem.  The Elitebook 8540W does not support BlueTooth 4.0.  The best I could find was a pilot who gave the EliteBook Bluetooth 3.0 support.

  • Mouse BT is not matching in Windows 10

    Hello

I hope this is the right place to ask this question, since it's on windows (but on my Mac)

My problem is that my refuses to mouse (mouse Microsoft Comfort Sculpt) pair Bluetooth in Windows 10 (installed Boot Camp), while it works perfectly under OS X.

What I do in the Windows 10:

I start Windows, open settings - box Bluetooth, then turn on my mouse, then press on and has held the key "pairing" on this subject. The mouse appears on the list of discovered devices, I select "Even" and after a second or two Windows says "could not match, try again and make sure that the mouse is detectable again" the mouse disappears from the list and is not seen again here until I have restart Windows. I repeated this dozens of times without success procedure; I ran all the possible troubleshooting utilities - without success. I even downloaded and installed "Keyboard and mouse Center", but it obviously doesn't work because the mouse must be matched first to do the job of 'Center '. I contacted Microsoft, they suggested that I should find a suitable driver for my Bluetooth adapter, but the only driver I could find is dated the internal Apple Broadcom BT card driver, if I'm not mistaken, July 2015.

I really need to make it work in Windows 10, because I have to work a lot in this OS and I prefer to use a Bluetooth mouse (not necessarily the real mouse, but since it works under OS X, even if I buy another mouse, there no guarantee that it will work in Windows 10).

    So, two questions:

    1. How can I make my current work (MS Sculpt Comfort Mouse) mouse in Windows 10?

    2. are there other BT mice who do you think is more likely to be achievable in Windows 10

(I don't really want to buy Apple Magic Mouse - I prefer a traditional wheel 2 buttons + scroll mouse)

How do you normally run Windows on your Mac? You start in Windows only using Boot Camp or you run Windows and OS X both at the same time using Parallels or Fusion?

  • M535 Logitech Bluetooth Mouse is not matching in Boot Camp

I recently bought a Logitech M535 Bluetooth mouse for my iMac 27 inch Retina (end of 2015). I paired in OS X, and it worked like a charm.

However, when I booted Windows Boot Camp, I went to the Bluetooth settings in Windows and it finds my mouse. However, as soon as it started matching, it gave me an error message saying that the device was not found, and as soon as I close the error box, the mouse has disappeared from the list of devices. Then, it maintains the unknown devices listing, and I knew that one of them had to be my mouse. I tried all, but they all failed sail.

Is there a Bluetooth driver problem in Boot Camp? If so, when the next update comes out? Until then, I use the mouse Magic Mouse on Windows (which still works) and the mouse from Logitech on OS X.

Check the update of the Apple software for possibly updated drivers.

  • Qosmio X 500 Bluetooth mouse not responding

    Hello

I have the latest bluetooth stack / drivers installed. (Yes, I downloaded the last of http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/index.php?page=download-toshiba) All the drivers are always updated to the latest including both wireless drivers.

Problem: Every 20-40 minutes my Logitech bluetooth mouse stops responding. The cursor freezes and it won't move at all.

I tried unpairing / pairing of the mouse, which helped, but then again after 1 hour it stuck again. I have re-installed the BT stack and that did not help as well.
The only way I can use my mouse again when stuck is when I click on "Disable Bluetooth function" and then I 'enable Bluetooth function '.

I do it about 10 times a day and you don't know how boring it can get.
I bought a new mouse Logitech (Logitech M555b) Bluetooth and that did not help as well.

If someone could help me out here I would deeply appreciate it.

    Thank you
    Mike

That s strange but unfortunately; I n t have good solution for you, but just a few tips.

Firstly I have google for this Logitech M555b BT mouse and found several discussions about the problems with this mouse.
The connection problem occurs with other computers running windows 7 or XP or iOS (Macbook).

So, it seems that this problem is not related to Toshiba BT stack.

A friend of mine use other mouse BT from Logitech and it works fine all the time by using the Bluetooth stack.

I recommend the Logitech forum for more details:

  • Satellite L70-A-K5S bluetooth mouse is not responding

I used LaserTravel Logitech bluetooth mouse V470 for a few years with Toshiba Satellite P300 (Windows Vista).

Now, I upgraded to a-L70-K5S and reconnected the mouse for this laptop.
After using it for a few minutes, the mouse is no longer in effect.

If I pass/enable the mouse, it works fine. Sometimes he wakes himself.
I tried to install the software of Logitech (SetPoint), does not help.

When I reconnect the mouse to the old Satellite it works fine.
The mouse is supposed to be supported in Windows 8.

Maybe the batteries BT goes out for some reason?
    Any ideas?

At this stage it s not easy to say if there is a problem with your laptop s BT or maybe the mouse BT or perhaps the compatibility between BT mouse and win 8.

I found this article in the knowledge base on the page of Logitech V470 BT connection problems.

If the mouse has own adapter BT then, this issue has nothing to do with laptop manufacturers and you should contact the manufacturer of the mouse and ask for help.
Installation and configuration for this mouse is generally calm.
Simply follow the instructions to facilities and install given driver if necessary.

    Hello

    1. are you able to use the other bluetooth devices succssfully?

    Method 1.
Let us try to use this mouse on another computer and check if it is defective.

    Method 2.
It is possible that a third party application or driver is at the origin of the conflict with this device. We can use the approach 50 / 50 to narrow down the root cause of the problem.

  • My Bluetooth laser Mouse 5000 does not work correctly.

Original title: Laser Bluetooth Mouse 5000

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 that has worked, but no longer works.  Read everything here makes me think that he must be a genius to get the updated drivers.  I thought it was 'plug and play' not what I expect from Microsoft at all.

  • Bluetooth mouse stopped working & USB device not recognized error

    Laptop using Windows Vista

I was using my bluetooth mouse when I plugged my mobile phone (via USB cable) in charge. I have done this before w/o a problem (perhaps in another USB Port, now that I think about it) but I did this time and I instantly lost the ability to use my bluetooth mouse and the "USB device not recognized" bubble popped up. Now, this window pops up almost every 10 seconds even with disconnected USB mobile phone.

I went to bluetooth devices trying to pair my mouse w / new laptop and I can not. It's not show my mouse and when I go to Bluetooth settings and try checking the box (and pressing OK) under the discovery that reads "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer" it gives me an error saying that this is impossible.

    Help!

The manufacturer of my hardware (bluetooth mouse) will not be able to explain why this struck dead window device unrecognized USB is coming non-stop. Above tutorials did not help at all.

  • USB/bluetooth mouse does not.

I have a mouse mobile memory 8000 who, for some reason, does not work. The issue began yesterday after I used WUBI to install ubuntu alongside vista. My mouse did not work when I booted into vista. The cursor does not move and it does not meet the clicks. I tried wire and modes bluetooth with the same results. I uninstalled and reinstalled an updated version of intellipoint. I uninstalled all associated mouse or eventually the mouse related drivers I could find through the Device Manager and let them reinstall a reboot. The computer recognizes that the mouse is there, he says that everything is working properly and up to date. Any ideas on what could be the cause?

Edit: I also tried to uninstall Ubuntu without effect. IntelliPoint and device management, yet all drivers are working and up-to-date and the mouse does not work as well. Mousinfo using no movement or mouse clicks are detected by it.

    Hi khukuri,.

It is possible that the incorrect mouse is selected in the IntelliPoint software.

  • Bluetooth mouse does not work up to this that deleted and added after Windows startup

After you have added a device, namely my mouse Logitech V470 Bluetooth, it works fine until I turned off my laptop.

The next day when I have power to the top of the mouse is no longer my Dell Vostro 1500, moves the cursor. But it is still displayed in the list of devices.

The only way I can get it to again control must "remove hardware". Then I 'add device', it is discovered, and the driver is loaded.

    The bluetooth mouse works normally.

What can I do to have the mouse early control after turning on the laptop?

  • Bluetooth mouse does not work after the mode 'sleep'.

My Logitech bluetooth mouse Mouse loses communication after coming out of sleep mode.  The mouse does not appear in the devices Panel and will not resync.  To retrieve it, I have to restart, and then remove the bluetooth devices control panel mouse and then add the device again.

When installing Win7, he acknowledged the mouse without having to manually provide the drivers.  I checked the Logitech website, which doesn't have to download disponibilitepour drivers win7.

The question is not limited to the mouse as a bluetooth speaker system has similar problems with sleep mode.

Someone knows how to solve the problems of Eve Win7 bluetooth?

For the mouse in the right mouse click Device Manager, select properties then power management and disable the setting allow turns off to save power.

For other devices, check the equivalent power management settings.
