xwizards.dll missing in an attempt to connect to wireless internet

My family and I recently moved, and our wireless setup initially worked well, using our existing router.  A power failure has occurred and we were unable to connect to the interest in using the wireless router.  I installed a new router with 3 of our 4 devices are able to connect to (2 iphones and 1 laptop), however on my laptop, I am unable to connect to internet via wireless router (I am able to connect when hard wired).  When I tried to click on connect to networks, there is no answer.  When I try to do this via the Control Panel, I get the error message: error loading xwizards xwizards is not a valid win32 application.  I downloaded two different registry cleaners who advertise that they will fix problems .dll and neither one has cleared up the matter.  I have also tried to locate the .dll file, but my computer's search shows no files were found.  Am not clear how to proceed at this point.  Any ideas would be welcome.  Thank you.
