Apologies to Pink Floyd... but I just noticed there are 230 pages of unanswered questions and I was wondering if there was some true employees of Adobe followed this site and offers solutions to the problems?

Don't get me wrong, community support is great, but this seems to be the only channel to get help from Adobe and I was kind of waiting for a herd of official Adobe resolvers, help people with problems, solve problems and get the bug fixes in upcoming patches.

Hi RichB at AZ,

Adobe offers paid support, as do many major software companies.  Have you tried to contact the Support from Adobe (credit card in hand)?  It is, as you say, a site of community support, and while I don't often see response of Adobe employees here, it doesn't seem to be somehow an official part of their job description.  There are a lot of questions unanswered, including why: ever wondered a million times and available via search, poorly written, not enough information, nobody has the time today, nobody knows this particular problem before, question not appropriate for a code pin-point response (too long), has already answered in another forum because post pasted into several to see who would get the fastest response. I agree with the previous poster that the Adobe user to user has a pretty good record of answering questions.  If you take a look at how many questions is asked by day, it is a busy place Nock for a voluntary activity, and some experts are going the extra distance with quality.

    I'm need simple help detailed with my PSC2350 all-in-one. I mean very simple; I'm not a computer guru at all and am really afraid I'm going to do something wrong and don't know how to solve this problem. My all-in-one arrested, just went offline a few weeks ago. I tried to uninstall the device and the software according to the "Troubleshooting" and it worked the first time. Then it happened 2 days ago. I unplugged the device, the USB cable, removed the area of HPImage software in 'Add/Remove', then inserted the CD but when it happens where I am connect the USB and power, I do that and nothing happens except after clicking on the help button it tells me to click back and try again and the same thing happens again. Now I uninstalled again printing device but don't really know where to go next. In "Add/Remove Programs" I show the following HP: HP printer drivers HP Deskjet preloaded, HP Image Zone 4.2, software of multimedia keyboard HP HP Instant Support organize HP Photo Imaging & 3.5 HP devices, PrecisionScanLTX HP, HP Software Update and HP Unload DLL Patch. I'm sure that some of them are associated with my computer (HP Pavilion a640n), but what should I remove before I try to install again? And what do I do? install the PSC2350 as it's new? Please help, I am so very confused by all this and need my printer.

    Thank you very much for answering at the time wanted. However, I solved the problem until I had to use your information. There was a problem with a connection after previous attempts to reinstall and which was corrected the finally installed printer. Then, I went to the HP site and download the critical update for my HP Director working properly since my Internet Explorer has been updated. I didn't know there was a problem until recently and thought it was just "operator error" on my part. Now everything works well again!  I always feel is inappropriate when I encounter computer problems and everyone usually talk up above my head I just give up and try to solve problems myself. Thanks a lot for your help.

    I see a thread started on May 18 and who replied in less than 2 hours by a member of the community to your satisfaction. (An extremely fast and accurate answer for which you have thanked the community member Re: How can I move the menu independently (I already disabled "change all").)

    The second thread I see what type of widget should I use to control the scrolling content, vertical? is currently unanswered. In general, rather than start a thread separate from chatting, the best way to draw attention to a thread that goes unanswered is to respond. In so doing it will bring to the top of the active list.

    As a rule, specific issues that include enough information to be answered tend to be processed more quickly by the community. Questions requiring a long answer / tutorial tend to be less likely to receive a timely response. In some cases, a member of the community will do some Google search on your name and provide links to tutorials and other resources. I do and respond on the other thread.

  • HP Pavilion Notebook - 13-b202: Y at - it anyone out there? Nearly 60 days, no battery replacement, no COMMUNICATION!

    I am faced with the question of battery "plugged in, not charging" for the last 60 days or more. No ONE in the HP customer support has been able to / ready to help me. As a last desperate attempt to write here.

    Here's a summary of all my interactions with HP

    Summary of the issues:
    1 battery HP laptop conked off power (plugged in, not charging) about 2 months ago (a few weeks after the expiration of the warranty)
    2 use the chat in 3 times which temporarily solved my problem
    3. when the problem kept on repeating, visited my city service center
    4. the follow-up to this meeting - first e-mail received incompetent people to Iqor June 15
    5. (almost) zero communication from Iqor - finally they claimed that this component was sentenced on 8 July
    6. in spite of several follow-ups with Iqor, no answer on when the component will be delivered.
    7 writing e-mail to the Director-general of the HP via support forum - standard automatic response
    8. contacted HP chat support once again because they were the only people who really tried to help him.
    9. they gave me number of some gentleman who claimed he was not responsible and asked to contact another man
    10. calls on the second gentleman (Amit Kumar) a million times-phone was busy or no one was picking up - before giving up
    11 contacted HP chat support once again. They asked forgiveness - the second gentleman is the only person who can help and gave his code to email.
    12 wrote to Mr second e-mail on August 1. No reply until I wrote a bastard. His answer? Ask an another gentleman in enamel to provide status.
    13 August 4-10 August: Radio silence
    14. 56 days, no resolution.

    Someone help me? Or should I give up?

    You must press the lock of the steel from the top using the finger and at the same time, use a flat screwdriver to gently pull the locking. Please be careful as any extra pressure would break the lock. Remove all the cables connected near so you can use your hands comfortably.

    I see a signons3.txt file and a file signons.sqlite older, if you can try to see if you can import passwords stored in this file.

    You can force Firefox to re-import the passwords in the file signons.sqlite and regenerate the file logins.json with the following steps:

    • reset the signon.importedFromSqlite pref on the topic: config page by default via the context menu
    • Delete the logins.json file in the closed Firefox with Firefox profile folder

    When you restart Firefox, then you should have the pref signon.importedFromSqlite with the value set to true.
    You have passwords that are imported in the password manager, unless there were errors or signons.sqlite signons3.txt.

    You can open the topic: config page via the address bar.
    You can accept the warning and click on "I'll be careful" to continue.

    You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:

    First of all, thank you in advance for any answers. The W530 I buy a video card in there K1000M. I plan to go to the K2000M. The only cards of K2000M I see out there for sale were withdrawn different machines (Dell, HP, Alienware, etc.). I wonder if that makes a difference. Is there any firmware on these cards that is unique for the manufacturer of the machine? In other words, could I expect to have problems if I tried to install a K2000M who has been fired from a Dell computer in my W530? I don't see everything out there who say they were fired from a Lenovo. Anyone who has knowledge of this? Please notify.

    If you choose to go to CC Photoshop with Lightroom, Photoshop Elements would not be replaced.

    CC of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements are different programs, so the two will remain separate on your machine and catalogue items would not hit at all.

    One of the reasons why you shouldn't try to change the battery by yourself. Let Apple or an Apple authorized Service provider that there is none of the parts sold by Apple and the 3rd third-party products can damage the rest of the material.
