  When you start a transaction using eSign e-mail address will be the one you mentioned above, but it also displays the name of the sender. There is no provision to change the E-mail address of the sender.

  Middle-clicking on a tab the farm, any means - by clicking on an empty area of the tab bar opens a new tab.

  A different behavior is probably caused by an add-on like Tab Mix Plus tab-based. If you are unsure if you have a such add-on, restart Firefox with disabled modules and check if the problem persists.

  Simple support App Tabs 5 is faster than I thought and it seems that the problem is resolved for now. Bug fix should be included in the next update, but if you do not want to wait (like me), you can recover the solution from here.

  You have the module / theme / userstyle installed that controls tab behavior? You can resolve this problem by restarting with disabled modules. You can also reset firefox who, most likely, your problem will be solved.
