Until yesterday I was using Flash Player with Internet Explorer without problems. That changed yesterday when something caused IE to start to run VERY slowly and Flash Player would not work. I tried several times to reinstall the latest version of Flash Player and each time when I reached the "recovery installation" window I get the following message "error has been encountered. Close this window and try again. "Try again only gets me to the same point. This morning I switched to Mozilla Firefox and, although the speed problem seems to be resolved, Flash player does not work and I can't download it yet. I always get the same error message that tells me to try again. Help!
If you haven't already done so, restart your computer.
The sudden appearance of a bad performance in IE problem is somewhat relative. You might wish to consider a bit more with something like: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ or free malicious software removal tool | Anti-Malware scanning software just to err on the side of caution, especially if the performance problem is persists after you restart the system.
In any case, I would like to do a clean install of the Flash Player as a simple troubleshooting step:

I see that you are having problems with Game Center on your iPhone. I have a number of things for you to try.
First force quit Game Center.
- Press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.
- Swipe to the left to find the Game Center app to close.
- Swipe up on the preview of the Game Center to close.
If this does not work, then the next step would be a restoration. I recommend restore like new, without backup restore and everything first. If it works there, you can restore the backup.
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings

You can try the steps in the follwoign and check if it helps.
Method 1:
You can try to rebuild the media player library, and then try to extract again
This problem can occur if the media library is corrupt. Rebuild the library and check if this solves the problem.
Follow these steps:
a. exit Windows Media Player.
b. Click Start, run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player and then click OK.
c. Select all files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.
Note: You don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.
d. restart Windows Media Player.
Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.
If this does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps:
a. exit Windows Media Player.
b. Click Start, click Run, type % LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft and then click OK.
c. Select the Media Player folder, and then click on Delete on the file menu.
d. restart Windows Media Player.
Method 2:
