  You can install and activate on two computers, but you are not supposed to use both simultaneously.  Adobe has imagined users using their Office adobe cs while at home and their laptop while traveling or using the suite to a home computer and work computer.

  Yes, you are allowed to have facilities on both machines.  To get it on the second machine just repeat the process for IT... install the Manager of cloud connect, and install the applications.

  You can not. The encryption suite is chosen after the certificate.

  I don't really see what the choice of the certificate must make the choice of cipher suites. One is for authentication; the other is for encryption.

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time.

  It is advisable to disable the software on a computer on which it will be is most used, especially before giving away or selling the computer or reformat the hard disk. Please see this link: How to disable the software.  This frees an activation if you have the option to install the software on another computer at any time.
