I can't anything on .opef files - I don't think that there is.  I don't have either of these types of files in the associations for file on my system Vista Business SP2 32 bit (with a lot of the image). You can check your by going to start / Control Panel / Default programs / associate program, a file or process and analysis of the list for .opf and .opef.  If you have, see what kind of program he uses to open files.  If you do not, then you have no program capable of opening files (as they are named).
