  The above problem is solved. Please check the same.

  I added the following code in the header of the first column:

  NOTE: I used Carl Backstrom solution for this: Blog of Carl Backstrom: Mini check all HowTo

  But this solution works only when the first column in your report / table is a checkbox.

  If you have more columns rather than the first column where you want to check and uncheck all the features then follow the solution of Jeff Kemp:

  Please tell the Reader/Acrobat version you use.

  Also say work on the operating system.

  You can try the next step and see if that helps.

  Launch Reader/Acrobat > Navigate to Edit > preferences > Page Display > rendering > smooth text choose to monitor and click OK.

  To resize the size of the column:
  1. you can resize the column by pointing the mouse on the name of the category.

  We use the Hyperion Financial Reporting 9.3.1 & we have 80 reports & 750 users. How will I know where all the reports of users has access. Where can I find this information. I checked the SSP, it only shows the provisioing details, but not the name of the report. I also checked the Essbase.sec but no use. Where can I get the info. Kindly help me.

  There is no tool of Hyperion to display easily groups and security filters.

  But it really depends on how you set up your security model.

  Normally, you add users into groups and assign these groups to essbase and reports (via the BEEP groups) cubes, so you can check reports have access to correct group and the users are in a good group.

  I never want to look at the content and so click on the No button.

  I don't know any way to remove this option.  Do not hesitate to register a request for improvement with Adobe if you want, but I think that most people who publish would BE eager to see the results, so I doubt there will be many other similar applications.

  I use two procedure to fetch the records for the current month and the previous month.

  but it will cause a problem, if for some data division previous month do not arise.

  Please suggest me some query I can get with current and data month pre to unique record.
