You should be able to get the latest drivers, software and firmware (you all) from here.  They are your printer model, you must use the Service tag to identify those which apply to your machine and then select those appropriate for your operating system: http://search.dell.com/results.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cat=sup&cs=19&rpp=12&p=1&subcat=dyd&rf=all&nk=t&sort=K&ira=False&spf=Printer& ~ srd = False & ipsys = False & advsrch = False.  Even if you have the current files, download the new and use the on the installation in this exact order guides (in essence, start over from scratch).  If you have the printer, or turned off, connected or not connected when you do on the computer facilities or exactly when you turn on the printer can make a difference in if or not she is successful (I saw him with other printers before when I tried to wing and it wouldn't work so I followed the instructions step by step and hooray!)

    Close your office tasks bar, clock is a Citrix icon (it is black with white lines on it).  You can use it to access the connection Center and change to allow access to the place.  I have not worn hand on the computer on which I typing this, but if I remember right you would go to the option 'About' on this icon, then there will be a link to the advanced options and connection Center access.

  • splwow64.exe - bad image appears. I can't print any program since SP1 was installed.

    C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\x64\3\unidrvui.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.  Try to install the program by using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the provider of software for support.

    It started just with all programs to print since SP1 was installed.  What can I do?

    I had the same problem (except with another dll, PS5UI.dll). I don't know what that important the. / 3 directory path was, as C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\x64 seems to contain similar DLLs. What fixed it for me was that (I'll keep this core).

    -First off, make sure that you are on an account admin (if not, talk to the administrator of your computer)
    -Navigate to C:\Windows\System32
    -In the search bar, type your name in the DLL
    (for me, it was once again PS5UI.dll, you probably "unidrvui.dll")
    -If you're lucky, you should have results, mine were:
    A copy with size 828 KB
    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\ntprint.inf_amd64_neutral_4616c3de1949be6d\Amd64
    A copy with size 828 KB
    C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64
    and a copy in the directory of law, but of size 0 KB!
    C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3

    Could you try starting Firefox in Safe Mode? It is a standard diagnostic tool to disable some advanced features of Firefox and extensions. More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

    Does not work if Firefox: Hold down the option key when starting Firefox.

    If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

    • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules

    Two scenarios: A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

    Click the account icon that was locked and enter the password IF you know and otherwise:

    Try Safe Mode - several times, press F8 that you start. The Admin account there is no default password
    so unless someone has changed, you should have access there. Then Control Panel - accounts - users
    Manage another account - use this down your user account (to the lowest level) APPLY/OK
    then go back and reset it to the Admin APPLY/OK - this clearly allows corruption. Do this several times.
    Then fix the password in your usual account. Do not forget to leave your account administrator if you
    wish.

    If no joy Mode without failure:

    Try this - use the hidden administrator account to lower your user account (to the lowest level) APPLY/OK
    then go back and reset it to the Admin APPLY/OK - this clearly allows corruption. Do this several times.
    Then fix the password in your usual account. Do not forget to leave your account administrator if you
    wish.

    Make another Admin account with your password and use it to fix the others if necessary. (just for
    repair, don't use regular account, not a safety valve) always keep a spare ADMIN account.

    DO NOT LEAVE THE ENABLED LSA OR USE DAILY. If it corrupts you are toast!
