  The reason why it was not working so because Windows is not, by default, not the correct codec pack to open files. In order to make it work, I had to download the pack codec DNxHD. works very well now.

  What version of Mac OS do you have? I guess it's 10.6.8 which is not supported by the App Builder. You need to update to a newer version of Mac OS.

  your best bet would be to broadcast directly from a mobile device connected to the tv in your hotel via a HDMI adapter...

  a. log on under an account that has administrator privileges.

  Now, I am only able to connect to the DB using the SYS as sysdba in the OEM Console and not able to use the CIS57 as sydba more.
  
  Any reason why I am not able to connect using this user ID in the OEM console. I used this CIS57 user to connect as sysdba all the time.
  Not sure why not able to connect using the same credentials now. Please advice

  (1) check the passowrd file is used or not

  SQL > show remote_login_passwordfile settings

  It should show exclusive.

  (2) if the password file is used to verify that user (CIS57) who appeared the problem exists in the password file by searching the v$ pwfile_users.

  SQL > select * from v$ pwfile_users.

  (3) if the user (CIS57) is there then connect to the database as sys/password@service_name
  and change the password of the CIS57.

  (4) if theCIS57 is not there in the password file can grant a sysdba role to this user.

  I ran avg 2012. Now that Firefox is not running. Checked through support got a current download at AVG firewall and trying to remove then add then click on... He says then go to the firefox installation directory (where is that) go to the Mozilla Firefox Firefox\ program and select firefox.exe. etc. That's where I stopped.
  Firewall says firefox authorized. Being a nullgeek I stopped because I don't want to cause more damage. I also tried to download the latest version of Firefox and that nothing resolved.
  I am currently using Internet Explorer.
  I need to walk through it.
