  Upgrade Windows 10 killed me. Long story short, I bought a new drive SSD and Windows 10 and I just installed.  I'm a dinosaur, who still use CS5 very well (for most retirement these days).  Downloaded CS5 from my account here and tried to install with my registration number, but I get a message saying "the serial number entered is valid, but cannot find a product calling it on this computer."  I downloaded CS5 files, so what am I doing wrong?  I have two shoots on me to finish waiting!

  I think that you are trying to activate Photoshop CS5 using upgrade serial number.

  You must select the previous version used and type the serial number to activate the product.

  It seems that your ID Adobe was initially registered in Pakistan due to which it is not allowing you to make purchases in the United States.

  You can create a new Adobe ID, register in the United States and then it should allow you to make a purchase.
