• BlackBerry Smartphones middle of the space bar does not work?

  Hi all

  I used a company Blackberry issued before, but I just bought myself a new model of the curve a few days ago.

  I had a hard time typing today, and I realized that this is because the part of the space bar does not work. Specifically, if I push on the left or right edge of the space bar, I get a space. But if I press in the center of the space bar, the button clicks but 2/3 of the time that no space appears. So I have to press the button 2 or 3 times to get a space. Or I have to press the edges of the space bar.

  Is this a problem with my specific blackberry or this entire line has this problem?

  I should ask T-Mobile for a repair or replacement? I just got a few days... someone had success treats this issue before?

  Hi and welcome to the Forums!

  I've not seen all messages more precisely the space bar. It may be as simple as a dust or dirt stuck under the key.

  If it was me, I take it immediately and get a new one. It may be defective. Why pay good money for something that may have a permanent problem?

  Just updated again Firefox. In the past, when I'd start typing a site in the firefox address bar it would complete as it was already in my favorites. But now it does nothing. It just sits there waiting for me the full address. I could start typing Netf and it automatically end Netflix.com

  Why is happening. Also, for the first days of the new version I had to go back in the tools, Options and reset things at least 3 or 4 times before they finally remained as I wanted.

  I would say he never remember history and after while I would look and he said, do not forget history. I wanted a blank start page, and not to change it. It's normal now but the Awesome Bar does not at all.

  Otherwise: Under Options > confidentiality, in the lower part, does always show that Firefox should suggest bookmarks in the location bar?

  If auto-suggest works but the AutoFill does, you may check that it has not been disabled here:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste autofs and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) If browser.urlbar.autoFill preference is "BOLD" and "user" false, double-click it to change its value to the default value true. It should work in new tabs.

  It already is the value true, hmm, I wonder if there is a problem of private browsing? (I didn't test with automatic private browsing).

  After upgrade my mac to Firefox 10 my home page does not load, the back button does not work, there is no history in the URL bar (or any Demo URL come at all than), bookmarks bar does not display unless I press CTRL and right-click, none of my favorites display the connection information stored... Help! its driving me crazy!

  I just sort this problem! I restarted with modules disabled and started allowing one by one and found it had a problem with one of them. I have now deleted add it on and all is well back. Hope this works for you too!

  The Awesome Bar has stopped working (aka the search bar, the URL bar).

  If I start typing in there, the drop-down list box appears, I select an element, but FF does nothing. If I hit , nothing happens.

  It's the same if I 'type of hand' in the URL, or paste a URL in the impressive bar.

  There is no question by navigating from the Favorites, bookmarks, or by clicking on the URL in a web page, it is only the awesome bar that is not working.

  How can I fix it?

• The address bar does not work in Thunderbird 3.31

  In TBIRD 3.31, entered an address does not work. Is there a fix, or TBIRD has just been lazy fixing a huge problem in the update. Besides the gray boxes that we seem all to hate, this is what happens. Let's say I want to send an email to David Richards. I go to the first line of the address on my message, type "dav" and four addresses are presented for me to choose... David Elliott, David Richards, David Franks, and David Bloom.

  I click on 'David Richards' and the insert name and e-mail address on the address line 1. I hit TAB or ENTER, to go to line 2, to insert a second address and immediately 'David Richards' is replaced by David Elliott - the first name in the suggestion list.

  Only two workaround solutions are, after you have inserted the correct name in the list, 1) right-click on the 2nd line of the address, or 2) type the name on line 1, so that it is the first choice in the suggestion box until I hit TAB or ENTER.

  This, of course, defeats the function addresses completely automatic filling.

  Lazy Thunderbird HELP. How can you not have noticed and it's already fixed?

• Auto hide the scroll bar does not work (SE)

  I recently built a simple editing with the new setting "Auto Hide Scrollbar" Viewer, but it does not work as expected on my ipad.

• Why the bookmarks bar does not appear on the firefox opening?

  When I open Firefox from the menu bar and the Navigation bar appear. I have to go to the menu called View, scroll to toolbars, scroll down to the bookmarks toolbar, click it to get the toolbar bookmarks shown (not all bookmarks, I want that all those where they are now, but only the ones I have chosen as Bookmarks Toolbar). To have to do everytime I open Firefox is most unsatisfactory. Why is there no option to have the toolbar bookmarks shown without all this hassle every time whenever Firefox is open the same as is the case for the menu bar and the Navigation bar? I have Firefox as my browser with Windows XP mode without failure.

• My search of the Center bar does not work, I type in there then press search or enter but no response, it does absolutely nothing. What is the problem and how to fix it?

  When I start firefox it loads as usual. I have the main web search bar (upper-left) and the google search bar (top right) there is also the logo of mozilla and the third bar search just below in the center of the screen. It was my main bar I liked the left click function in it and it instantly display my latest research and choosing to them what I wanted to do. Now it has just stopped working, there is nothing of my latest research stored and what that I type in is okay anyway as it just does nothing, it is totally inadmissible. help please?

• The awesome bar does not work as it should?

  When I typed in a Word, for ex, 'space', initially FF would take me to 'google search' with all the options for 'space' in this research.
  Suddenly, 'parola' butted and my searches are redirected to this place.
  I scoured the forums etc. They suggested "Subject: config","keyword.url". "" Then right click and the setting on 'reset'.
  Well, when I do this, my "reset" function is not available. It is faded. Then I did a right click on 'modify' and type in the option only available in the forums etc to google search:

  "http://www.google.com/ig?ie=UTF-8 & oe = UTF-8 & hl = in & aig = 0 & reason = 1.

  From there, when I go to the awesome bar and enter ' thespace', it does me not this 'google search' page, but need me either on my own "igoogle" page, or if I register on igoogle, it takes me to a regular google home page.

  Then, I want what I searched in the search box of the google and igoogle with all available 'google' search results. "',But the search box is empty.
  

  What to do now?

  I hope I'm clear on the issue. That I couldn't find in the forums/help pages.

  As you can see I'm using $_POST when running the database. It works fine the first time, however when you use the back of the navigation bar for a reason any he does not post research. When I change this back to a ' $_GET ' pagination works fine. Is there a way to get the paging function with the $_POST?

  Using GET to interrogate a database is fine as long as you take precautions to disinfect all input to prevent SQL injection, and to ensure that the user will not be able to return lines, so that they are not allowed. Other than that, you can store the value of research in a session variable.

All this happened when I updated firefox too, so I think that's the problem. What can I do to fix and recover?
