Z10 Z10 Blackberry BlackBerry cannot find mobile network

I recently bought a new blackberry z10 dealerships good confidence of States. I live in the Canada. The phone is completely unlocked, network-unlocked, unlocked subset and unlocked the service provider network. It is supposed to work with any provider; I'm with Bell.

I bought a new sim card, and then put it in the phone and it searches until he goes to SOS. I put the Sim Card in another blackberry phone and the sim card worked perfectly well.

I've searched and searched, and nobody seems to have this problem.

I contacted the dealer and he has never heard this happen before. It has many customers happy here at the Canada.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you!

Any small problem as possible:

In addition to being unlocked, he must also have a compatible with the chosen company internal radio. There are several submodels of each device BB10, each with compatibility with only a subset of the carriers in the world. Reference:

I don't know which model yours is or who they are compatible with your Bell carrier, but it is a possibility of the cause of your problem. Another possible problem is, of course, a faulty device.

Good luck!

  • Windows cannot find any networks, but Ubuntu can! (X 32 Vista Home Premium)

I recently replaced a faulty laptop computer mother board with an identical model (only difference is a newer version of the BIOS). After restarting Windows (Vista Home Premium 32 bit) I can't find the networks wireless where I can see usually eight networks at least an unsecured connection, but now I get nothing.

I replaced the wireless card Atheros with an Intel Pro 3945ABG driver and installed the latest version and that I still get the same error "Windows cannot find any networks", I can get access to the internet via an Ethernet cable but I am unable to connect wirelessly. If I try to manually configure the wireless connection, I get "unexpected error occurred".

I started the system from a CD of Ubuntu to check that it was not a hardware problem. Wireless card perfectly, sees all the networks, connects and works very well.

It seems that something inside Vista has failed since even change the wireless adapter for a different manufacturer and the results of the modeling in the same error, pointers?

    Kind regards

    Jason.

    SOLVED

It turns out that Kaspersky Internet Security is at fault and he was very happy to work via ethernet it had mutilated all WLAN connections.

Removal of Kaspersky and all of a sudden all the wireless networks have re-emerged.

It has been a challenge after that my camera has been upgraded to 10.3.2.2836

    Please I need your help

As a last resort, I would use an autoloader to reload the operating system.  If this does not work after that then it is a hardware failure, or the device is not compatible with the networks in your area.  Assuming that this worked before and suddenly left leads me to believe that it's a hardware problem.

  • Yet of the Smartphone blackBerry cannot find Netowrk selection Mode Option

I posted earlier for help to put in place a manual scan for networks.  A response suggests the following: manage connections > Mobile Network Options > network selection Mode

When I go to manage connections > Mobile Network Options > I see only three lines, as follows

    Data services on

    AT & T mobile network

    Mode of the network 3G & 2 G

If I click on "Mobile network", it brings up a menu with:

'Network selection mode' dores not appear anywhere.  So, I'm also perplexed than ever.

Hey Pierre, actually update your software would be a very good idea, you can use on your pc Desktop Manager to backup all your data, then check new software unit (Office Manager) and after your update, restore your back upward.
Tell us how it works for you.
    Good luck.
