  Lenovo smartphones are not sold by Lenovo in the United States and so there is no structure of support guarantee in place. Smartphones have guaranteed international support, but the support is naturally available in the countries where they are officially sold by Lenovo.

• Overheating Lenovo Z2 Vibe Pro

  My general opinion is that all PRO Z2 overheating on relatively simple games, you do not need to check in the servise Center if it is just hot and you can hold it still - this is normal. They don't have an effective way to cool the powerful processor in my opinion. If it gets hot like you can't hold anymore, your figers are almost buring and phone starts to fail etc then go to service center - this should not be the case however with the Z2 Pro.

  If I pull the phone out of my pocket to watch the time, the phone screen would probably turned off. If I press the power button, it will turn on the entire screen or the only clock in the little window? It would be nice of defiting the purpose of the small window, if you know what I mean.

  I saw in the previous version of the coverage you might swip on the cover to receive calls, now with teas new cover Z2 Pro you have to physically open the lid to take the call?

  Hi Pat,

  Sorry - I misunderstood your first post. Of course, when the lid is closed, it is useful that pressing the button power turn clock mode. However, it may be as well to have the possibility of opening the lid (not in clock mode but asleep) passes the phone directly to the home screen, if you do not have to press the power button.

  Perhaps that this is impossible (as I know) because the cover doesn't seem to work by a magnetic mechanism therefore can actually open up quite easily when it's in your pocket. I also imagine that it can drain the battery.

  What is also strange is that when I move the lockscreen in settings to 'none', then without the cover, that's what I get: no lockscreen - pressing the power button goes straight to the home screen. However, with the coverage, if the screen is off and you open the cover and press the power button, you still get a lockscreen and therefore have to swipe to get to the home screen. Therefore, in general, it is better to wake up to the phone with the power button before opening the cover.

  The cover is very thin; the outside is made of a kind of mast very plastic faux leather that has a sense rather similar to paper. The Interior is made of textured rubber. The quality is quite good.

  Not sure if this related to the update of LINE S230, but after having received it, my phone stopped charging properly.

  There need full 15 hours (!) is now charging at 100%...

  I tried different Chargers and different cables, no difference.

  I also did a hard reset to today. It did not help

  As I said in the message, it looks like that the communication between the modem and sim card has some problems. Then please first check the sim card if the card works on other mobile phones, so I suggest you get in touch with the service center on the HW.

  16 MB pictures the camera takes 3-4-5 MB and its so great for some apllication or sending e-mail

  I think that there cannot be life apps from lenovo in construction. Must have a third party app or change this on the pc.

  If you had the original firmware of China you could download google in my opinion. Which is prohibited. So I think that you have a slightly modified version. Factory reserved, if availanbe could lead you towards the Chinese original firmware, but they you really wouldn't be able to download google. You can also instal the Chinese firmware cable.
