Z30 Live blackBerry account

Having had my live account running successfully for more than a year on the hub as all of a sudden, it won't work. Can not see that I changed anything, apart from on my laptop where I added the account to outlook 2010.

Any ideas what server and details pop etc. should be?

For what it's worth, I used Windows Live before the new Outlook.com has been lifted. I migrate to Outlook but kept my address Live.

My suggestion is implemented two-factor authentication. Then, create a password app for you email accounts on other devices. That will probably get out you of this problem, and it's a wise thing to do anyway.

You can remove the live account on the device and add it again.

Also, I don't remember if the migration to Ouook has been something that you have to opt-in, or, if it was automatic, unless you chose. In any case, you must check and ensure that you have migrated or not and go from there.
