I always put my phone on charge when its battery is 10% and after half hour n when I hold my phone its still hot from the back so my question is that much heating of the phone during a load is ok, or there is something with the phone, for which he becomes hot while on the pricing of the side back?

    Hello

It may be normal for your iPhone to become warm when charging. Outside acts as a surface for cooling, heat transfer inside the camera of the iPhone to the cooler air outside.

Don't forget to follow all Apple security and handling guidelines, including:

If you fear that your iPhone gets hotter it should do, I suggest you contact Apple technical support or visit a Genius Bar or the service provider authorized Apple in order to have your iPhone and power accessories audited and, if recommended by Apple, served:

  • IPhone 6 s heating and drawing battery

bad yesterday update ios to ios 10 and now from 08: 56 100% battery 9.1 doing nothing just text SMS at 09:53 I have 80%... and the device of heating in the morning I don't feel never this heating device, even though I play games but to only send SMS and email anything download or something like this on bottom...

I don't know what happens if that is what material damage of upgrade or something software error

Unit has less than 6 months so it's not old device

    Thanks for the replies

The heating after an upgrade is usually for two reasons:

    (1) an application that is not compatible in loop

    (2) the phone is busy reindexing content

The second will resolve itself after a while; the first will be asked to determine what app is responsible, perhaps by checking the battery usage statistics.

  • phone heats up a lot

After the update to ios 10 on my 6s became heated a lot during loading, or when it is connected to itunes.

It's only a theory, but I know that iOS 10 has a new face recognition feature which will look at the pictures while he is in charge, perhaps this may mean that your phone is warming the first charge as a result of this new feature time using processing power.

  • MacBook Pro retina 15 inch heats up when it is connected to the external monitor

    Hello

My problem: When I connect my monitor (LG IPS277L) temperature of my Macbook Pro starts to heat upward. This problem often occurs when I use Facetime.

I found it really strange because I should have a pretty good Macbook Pro for this.

MacBook Pro (15 inch, retina, medio 2015)

Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7

    Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics card: Iris Pro 1536 MB Intel / AMD Radeon R9 M370X

    El Captain 10.11.6 OSX

I hope that someone recognizes this problem and wants to share their solution.

When you connect to an external monitor, you use the AMD Chip for graphics (without the external screen, most of the software needs only the graphics engine Intel).  It attracts more power and therefore heats up.  All MacBook Pro for this to some extent.  This should be considered normal.  If the computer is actually overheating, it will stop.

  • MacBook Pro heats up during charging

    Hi guys,.

So I'm planning to buy a Macbook Pro 15 mid-2012 ", but when I went to see the macbook, I noticed the connector magsafe and the upper left part of the macbook gets pretty heated during loading (even with the computer at idle, but on screen)." Is this normal for MacBook?

Also I noticed that the number of battery cycle was 24, which I thought was surprisingly low for a macbook from 2012. But when I asked the seller on the subject, he said that the macbook was made in 2014, even though the model is mid-2012. Is this true, Apple makes the mid-2012 version of MBP 15 "in 2014? or do you think that the battery may have been replaced?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated since I don't have much experience with the Mac. Thanks in advance.

No 2012-retina MBP 15 "has been abandoned by Apple in October 2013.

24 cycles for any MBP plus 1 year would be extraordinary in my view (unless the battery has been replaced).

The connection of the charger to the MBP shouldn't receive warm while in use.

    Looking for an another MBP.

    Ciao.

  • MacBook pro 2015 Diode, heating problems

    Hello

I just bought a MacBook pro 2015, one with 2.8 GHZ, 16 GB RAM and ITB Flash. [old just four days]

The question being, the first day of the machine as well as the charger were burning Red hot when I loaded for the first time, in subsequent attempts, heating got sorted out by itself.

Nevertheless, I had installed the temperature gauge in the machine, I look one only a few videos YouTube youtube and navigation.

Once in every two hours a message like

The led O GPU temperature is 106 degrees, closing applications.

Once I click on the tool, the temperature is now reset to 30 ° C. It seems that the temperature of the Diode is to reach 106 degrees, some app is closed (no one knows the tabs I have open in Safari are works well) and then it resets.

Is it really a problem with the thermal conductive paste or a faulty diode.

I go to the Apple store this Saturday? Can I return the laptop and request a new or a full refund.

    Can someone please advice?

If you bought Apple with the last 14 days, you can return it for a full refund.

    http://store.Apple.com/us/help/returns_refund
Then you can buy a new one.

What about Apple and they can exchange it without having to go the way of reimbursement.

  • My MacMini3, 1 is over heating

OK my mac Mini started yesterday more than heating. I noticed a few weird black it flashes on the screen when it froze. then he did say to reboot the entire screen. I left it a trendy but from what I've read until its over heating so that I opened it upward and have tried to do jump out which way. (Out more dust) is there a better way to stop heating. I raised him like 6 inches to help get more air. Should I put a small fan to him from downstairs?

End of 2009 Mac Mini. I'm on it now other then that its been a wonderful mac

Install a speed temp app and the fans to see what happens. Maybe a fan problem. I use

  • My USB adapter heats up during charging.

    iPad USB adapter becomes hot.

It's hot and it's hot. It is normal that there is a bit of heat. But the general reference point is "too hot to handle. If you can keep the charger and not feel like you're being burned, it should be fine. But if you can not hold, then stop using it.

If you have an Apple Store nearby, bring it in to be evaluated. If you have doubts, then take the. Electricity is nothing to play with.

  • MacBook pro 15 "heating problem

My MacBook Pro that I bought in early 2015, has recently started abnormally warm under normal workload.

I started facing this problem last month. Is what I run Firefox, watching videos on YouTube. Within a few minutes, the fan starts and the bottom heats up to an unbearable temperature.

I followed most of the steps in order to maintain well ventilated, but often I tend to keep my turn.

I checked the activity monitor, and it doesn't seem to be any application other than my web browser that uses the CPU. I even rebooted my mac a couple of times hoping that would solve the problem but it didn't.

    Help, please!

    Try resetting the SMC http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964

    Hello

I have a macbook mid 2010 pro with currently installed OCZ SSD hard drive (to reduce tension).

He is so hot last year. I downloaded smcFan control and I see 75 C.

  • iPhone 4S heating quickly, turn off the power and the battery drains quickly.

    Hello

My problem is exactly the same as the title. My iPhone 4S warms up quickly, turn it off and after I turn the iPhone, the battery drains quickly and the iPhone will turn off after 5 minutes. iPhone turns off again and again until I put the iPhone on the charger. It is bad because I like to play games like Pokémon GO. But after 10 minutes of play, the iPhone starts heating (and of course delay).

Things I've tried: (and didn't work)

The apps I use no fence. (I close applications once I stop playing)

Turn off location Services. (Enabled only when I'm with apps like GPS...)

    Reduce the brightness

I will be grateful for any kind of help.

Welcome to Apple Support communities, Krystof11cze.

It seems that you encounter problems with your iPhone 4S on iOS 9.2.1 with heating, battery draining and stopping. Good job on the steps you tried as I would have recommended those as well. I will do my best to help!

    1. backup of your iOS device - because I have erase you your iPhone completely, it is strongly recommended that you will lose your data if you do not.

    2. restore your device to factory settings - using the settings on your iPhone will only erase your personal data. You will need to let iTunes erase the iOS version installed a new clean copy can take place.

3 test the question - the first time through, set up your iPhone as a new iPhone when it asks. It's just temporary. You can connect to iTunes and App Store and iCloud and also download some of your applications. Test for problems you encounter. If your iPhone's battery life is improved, follow the next step.

    4. restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup

    Take care!
