  The phone should be able to detect and select wifi on the cell data when both are present, but sometimes it isn't. If your signal wifi cycles or drops during your call video, data of the cell comes into play to keep you going. Even if wifi is disabled.

  If you have no NPP stored the phone displays the text "the name of the Access Point settings are not available for this user" even if you use the owner account and have access to the settings.

  Try to download the automatic settings from settings-> more-> Internet settings and see if that helps.

  If it works with WiFi but no mobile data while other applications working on mobile data, looks like he's stuck in your carrier's network.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  1) register HRT

  We have a pair of AP1242 configured as point to point. He worked for centuries, and then all of a sudden the guard falling radio link. There is no change in the configurations and equipment and the way that he setup. The values on the two AP signal strength is good, but one thing I notice is on the other access point, SNR values going to 3dB low then it will go high of more than 100, we have replaced the AP and cable is connected to the antenna but we always have the same question. I think there could be some question on the antenna or interference that have cause going on this issue. is it normal for SNR value change value to very low and then high?

  There is nothing to turn off.  If the device is in airplane mode, all the radio are switched off voltage, therefore no data or voice at all connections.  Similarly, if you remove the SIM card, it cannot be any cellular connection at all, so nothing to turn off in what concerns cellular data (or voice).  With the SIM card, wifi could still be used if there is a network in range.  But with wifi off and the SIM card on, once again, there is no possible connection data of any kind.

  However, I don't see the advantage or the purpose of what you are suggesting. If the WiFi is enabled, and you have a WiFi connection, applications will not cell phone use. There is no need to turn it off. What you ask is already built into the unit.
