Why it is almost impossible to find a description hence exactly on the motherboard CMOS battery is or a diagram report?
Also, why the hell is it necessary to disassemble the WHOLE LAPTOP to replace the CMOS battery?
Absolutely ridiculous!

It is a laptop 10 years older. Did you know that 10 years ago all work must be carried out by trained techco. Just follow the procedure to get inside, the RTC (or CMOS) battery is very easy to locate.
