  I recently invested in a laptop to use when im on a job or simply does coffee work and again on some pictures. When Im at home, I use my game rig, as I work more comfortable and can make things more tons.

  Currently when Im on the laptop I have create a new catalog beginning Assembly on-site. Then go home, export the catalog from the laptop recording on a Flash drive, load on my Rig to create a new catalog and import Photos from the catalog stored on the flash drive for Lightroom

  Everyone does the same thing or use a better and more effective way that could save me some time? Also once the pictures are on my desk and need to get out once more. I can't go back to work where I left my office.

  Just remember it is my course step by step process:

  1. On laptop, I create a catalog
  2. Import and edit and rate the Photos on laptop
  3. Once finished, export catalogue (with negative) to Flash Drive
  4. On the desktop, I create a new catalog
  5. Import of flash drive catalog
  6. Images and Loaded to desktop settings
  7. Continue to edit and finalize the Photos.

  The best (more reliable) way to work on the same images on both computers would be to have the catalog and images on an external hard drive that can be activated from one computer to another. When you feel that you are confident that the job is finished, you can then import this catalog at both the desktop and the laptop.

  HP computers have been known to not let you install Vista on a non HP bought replacement hard drive

  There were a few posters with this problem here

  If the OEM disc for this particular laptop, you should be able to reinstall it as many times as you want as long as you have not changed the main material (the motherboard)

  With all due respect, but I don't agree with you.
  I use computers laptop Toshiba for years and have never had serious hardware problems.
  I'm also owner of the Satellite A300 and I'm happy with it. The design is very nice and all surfaces laptop are pretty difficult and used to scratches.

  My Satellite A300 is almost a year old, but without a single scratch. It looks like the other.
  With fingerprints is maybe a little boring, but from time to time is not so problematic to clean.

  I don't know what you do with your laptop but the A300 laptop is really compact and robust. I use my phone extensively for my work, and when compared with the notebooks I noticed that areas close to the touchpad where the hands are placed is like new.

  By the way laptop do not clean with water. Talk with your local PC retailer and buy a special liquid for cleaning the PC.

  So, there are 2 options; a Broadcom, which is not a good piece of hardware and the Intel AC 7265, which is one of the best cards on the market. I am generally sympathetic to your comments and do not understand why the laptop manufacturers save pennies by weak wireless cards cheap computer otherwise good. However, I know that I don't want to live in a world where someone dictates the content of manufactured products. I prefer a world or in a country where there is freedom of choice. You can always do some research and understand what you found before you buy.
