zip files will not open in windows Explorer (windows 7)
All of a sudden, I can longer open zip files with Windows Explorer on my Win 7 64 bit computer. When I download a zip on my desktop and then double-click the file to open it, I get an access denied message. This problem just started happening this week and I had the computer since July 2010. Is there any solution for this?
Hello
Restore the system back to before this started to happen might work but I will try the other

When I try to open a zip file in Windows Explorer (Vista) the screen begins to blink several times per second and never opens the file. The system requires logoff or restart to break out of this loop.
Hi BigM112,
To better help, this problem occurs when you try to open a file or all files Zip? To check, you access through Windows Vista Zip file or another program?
You try to perform a clean boot to verify the question to exclude factors of other services and applications
For reference, you can check out the link below to learn how to perform a clean boot in Windows Vista

the .lnk files will not open in Windows XP
After installing I-Tunes, all the shortcuts do not work. I am running Windows XP. Whether on the desktop or in folders, shortcuts do not work.
How can I fix it?
Thanks in advance,
-Charles
Hi Charles,
You can read the following article and try the fix for Windows XP and check if that helps:
The shortcut (.lnk file) is returned instead of the file or folder referenced by the path in the shortcut in the open air or in the Save dialog box in Windows XP or Windows Server 2003
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/831559
Also read the following article:
Cannot open files with extensions such as.exe, .com, and.lnk on a Windows XP-based computer
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/923077
Hope this information is useful.

My .wlmp file will not open in Windows Live Movie Maker
I started a video project in Windows Live Movie Maker and saved the project in a .wlmp file because I wasn't quite finished editing. When I came back the next day to finish the editing, I opened the file and I saw yellow signs on the entire project, and he says that the files are missing, and I have no idea how it happened, or how to get back them. I spent hours to edit this video and I really want to do it again. Can someone please?

Were the source of origin (Photos, video clips, Audio files
clips, etc...) saved in a folder on your hard drive or have been
they have imported into Movie Maker, also...
online, network, CD, DVD, flash drive, card memory?Movie Maker does not actually archive copies of the source
files... the WLMP file simply records the path to the original
locations. If the files are moved, renamed, deleted, damaged
or are otherwise inaccessible... can't find the WLMP file
them.If the source files are still available... it may be possible to
Right-click on the yellow icons, then access the current
location and restore the path. This article may be useful:

This just startedudden there are no restore file. Files will not open or close when I open in Vista, try opening a shortcut of .exe, that the screen lights up. It really confuses me
I would say to uninstall Norton AV software using the Norton Uninstall program.
Go to Mode safe mode with networking
Download the following tool and run a scan full to eliminate malicious software hidden in files.

EU LR4.4, 80 d canon raw file will not open?
Hi Andrewc,
In order to open the files from Canon 80 d you need Lightroom 6.5.
Please see the following link for a list of devices supported by Lightroom: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices
Or you can convert Camera Raw files to DNG using the DNG Converter and then import the files into Lightroom.

try to follow the tutorial of Muse to apply a store online, downloaded lesson files will not open, but an alert says my version of Muse needs update. The function of update in Muse said that my version is the most recent; 2014.3!
I expect that you use OS X 10.8 or earlier? Muse 2015.0 and later requires OS X 10.9 or higher.

I just bought a Canon 7 d Mk2 but raw files will not open in Cs5 and Adobe Camera Raw 8.7 downloads will not install. What can I do?
CS5 cannot go higher than 6.7. If your device requires a more recent version, download the free Adobe dng converter. You convert your RAW to DNG, which can then be processed 6.7 in camera raw.

Textures ATF files will not open in Adobe Photoshop CC 2014
It is my understanding that this program opens the files of ATF textures. However, I have several sheets of game sprite in FAT format that CC 2014 will not open. I should add a particular plugin? If Yes, where can I download it? I use the program on a machine Windows 8.1. This is the dialog box, that I got while trying to open the ATF:
Other formats such as PNG and JPG image open very well. You have a list of image formats that this program will open up, and a list of all not supported? It would help me greatly. CC 2014 to display and manipulate ATF ability was the main reason in the first place, I downloaded the program. If CC 2014 will not see ATF or convert them to PNG, do you (or can you suggest) a Windows desktop application that will be? Thank you.
I have Adobe Air installed and found an ATF2PNG.air conversion utility online. Does exactly what I need to. Works like a charm!
