I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program."   It doesn't look like Camera Raw 9.1 is compatible with Photoshop elements 13. But you can download the 9.1 DNG Converter and create DNG copies that work with Photoshop Elements.

  • Close all applications CC
  • Complete the process monitor activity/task manager (CCLibrary).
  • Restart any application and check.
