ZSMCSNAP.exe error message!

Whenever I boot Windows XP, SP 3 "zsmcsmap.exe" error message is displayed. Please help to get rid of it.

Yes you can. Your device may be defective due to a corrupted driver or faulty and if that is the case, you should see an indication of that in Device Manager.

Go to Device Manager by clicking Start, run and type "Devmgmt.msc" in the Run dialog box and click OK. Scroll down to find the entrance to the USB camera, expand by clicking the '+' sign. There should be one. "X" or a"?" next to the device.

If you are still interested to install your camera, you can find the correct driver for it on the site of the constructor in the link below.

Vimicro support.

If you don't, remove the usb, the return device in Device Manager, and then uninstall it.

Let us know if there is anything else, we can help you.

Good luck.

  • Userinit.exe error message

I just got a loaded T410i with Windows 7 Professional. I started loading in the programs (Firefox, Office 2010 etc.) when I got an error message saying "Userinit.exe" would not start correctly (0xc0000142). I googled the error message and I tried to follow advice ensuring that the registry value for userinit.exe was OK, and it is. There is no wsaupdater.exe is located in the folder System 32 (another common problem) and user group policy is also set correctly (another common problem fix).

The system does not start even if I can't get into Safe Mode. I'm at the end of the roll, trying to understand what is happening. All the world run into this error? He would have to do with the 64-bit operating system?

Thanks for the reply. I got a virus running called Avira freeware which is fairly well regarded. I did a scan in safe mode, and it did not find anything; no viruses, no malware. I googled the daylights out of the error messages and files. There are some registry keys to verify, but they are all checked very well. The files were in the right places in System32, so I basically gave up and he handed over to the company who bought the laptop for me. They have it now and try to fix it.

The worst we can do is to recharge the system, but unless one of the files has been damaged during the installation of the operating system (Windows 7), I'm afraid it will just keep coming to the time where I'm logged on the Net. I had a firewall and an antivirus running and installed when I was struck with it the first time. So I think it's a corrupted file.

Even the startup folder seemed it was OK. I mean that the thing was old when these malfunctions started coming three days only. A new facility is perhaps the way to go.

  • thinreg.exe error messages

    Hello

In some cases, ThinReg.exe displays error messages and warnings on the desktop of the client computer. These messages can be confusing to our end users. We tried the option "/ quiet", but it does not prevent these error and warning messages.

    An example:

A virtual application was provided to a client computer. The user has accidentally deleted the desktop icon. A < Virt.Applivcation.exe > ThinReg.exe/u' displays the warning: "errors occurred while uninstalling < Virt.» Application.exe >. Some files or registry keys can remain. "The user must leave the area by clicking on the OK" "button.

    Question:

Could you provide an option that allows to direct all warnings and error messages in a log file. No errror box or warning message appears in the event that this option has been activated. This would allow us to transfer the log file in a central location and have it analyzed by an administrator.

You have any other suggetions how the warning and error messages could be deleted?
