Adobe Licensing

I disabled and uninstalled PES 9 and gave to my cousin. He installed the software, but it's still in my Adobe > products. I guess he can't make an Adobeprofile of its own and record its 'new' software because the serial number is active in my profile

I was allowed 4 active installs my Master collection 5.5. It worked perfectly for my wife and me. If I enjoy this creative cloud, we both will be able to work at the same time? How active installs will I be allowed? Currently, we have 5.5 on our desk
