• T420 motherboard update for Nvidia

  I have a Thinkpad T420 with only the graphics card Intel HD 3000 integrated.

  Is it possible to install the Nvidia graphics chip/card, or do I need a new motherboard.

• Zino 400 has stopped working; replaced the motherboard, worked for a minute then was arrested again.

I assumed the problem was on the motherboard, so I bought a motherboard OEM reconditioned. After the replacement, the boot sequence begins, which is encouraging. I entered the Service number, and I've sailed through the Control Panel, the screen went black. Again, only the sound is the fan. I can turn it on with the power button, but the only way to turn it off is to unplug.  Would it be the processor or is it possible that the new motherboard is bad? What should I do?

  I think that you need an exact answer people professional if it is possible or not. I mean, probably you need a cooling fan, AC adapter, etc. I put t know the exact specifications.

  I recommend you contact an ASP in your country. Guys have access to databases of Toshiba so they can you give an exact answer if that's possible or not. On the Web from Toshiba site, you can find a list of aspic, how to contact guys.

  In General, it would be easier if you buy the motherboard even once again. Have you checked second hand places like eBay?
  Or ask the local ASP why not? ;)
