  You can enter the phone number for your MOM in your address book using the full string of numbers, use the point where you need a break (you will need to experiment a bit with commas how) may be implemented as an additional phone number of on its input.

  Just for yo are aware, Apple will never contact you requesting information such as a serial number.

  I bought my iPhone 6 and 16 gb and they gave me one year factory warranty. my phone started having a few problems in 10 months.

  I went to the apple store and they said "it's a common problem with 6 more" spent with a new 6 more since my warranty still good... as costume designer for more than a decade, it wasn't a big problem for me because I love I phone and I think that his greatest phone ever.

I don't know there is no water damage or other damage that I went to the apple store. the person who worked there said "since my warranty has expired they will not be able to help us!" and advised me to buy the new phone.   Yes, it seems more unfair. This is a user to user forum. The best I can recommend is possibly ask for a Manager in the store do not settle the first genius you get.  If there is documentation in the service record of apples, you can have a better chance. If not out of warranty is out of warranty.

• Norton Toolbar does not work with Firefox 17, provided Comcast Norton Security Suite, Win 7.

  I have Norton Security Suite provided by Comcast. Norton Toolbar does not work with Firefox 17.0.1 on my Win 7 machine. I lived all the questions on this topic and did all the steps and when I click on "Add-ons", he always says that the toolbar is not compatible. It works with IE, but I prefer to use Firefox.

  I had the same problem in the past. If you call customer Norton service toll-free they have always helped me start (without charges) when I have updated to a new version of Firefox - seems to happen every time even if I run the updates regularly. Hope that this phone help-Norton support is always very friendly and helpful-just Google their 800 number.

I was told my computer had been notification of a Hack in my computer HP and I have with the help of people will be able to remedy. He informed me that there is a file embedded in the operating system that made the notifications to HP when the computer has been compromised.  I was on the computer for awhile before there was a demand for a $300 Itunes card, which would allow the person to clean my computer. Long story short... I said not that I thought it was a scam and I would not give money to him and he said he was going to cancel my driver of license and to lock my computer. I immediately stopped him, but when I rebooted, I wonder a password of course, I don't know.

  I'd appreciate any help to solve this problem. Please tell me what I should do to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

• McDonald's Local Apple broken pay

  The last time it worked for me in this particular McDonald's was about 2 weeks ago. I use it in this McDonalds since Apple pay was released. What is really irritating, it's that the guy working the counter said that they do not pay Apple, claims that they have never and I need to contact Apple to Apple go pay. I told him I used it it there a few weeks ago, and he acts like I'm laying her or I don't know what I'm doing.

  I tried to call the 800 number for their store and reports, which did not receive me any where. Is there a way to report to Apple?

  If Apple pay working at McDonald's is their problem. You would need to report to their headquarters. Apple has nothing to do with the participation of the particular restaurant, or does not work due to the individual terminal.
