  Well, a backup and restore of the database "should" certainly work, but if it isn't, then wipe and restore the operating system on the device should, as indicated.

• Help of Smartphones blackBerry ringtones download

  Hello.  I bought the storm yesterday.  My carrier is Verizon.  I went on the BlackBerry 101 on the site last night and he said to go in the media, then under the ringtones option there, choose "download ringtones" in the menu.  I tried which... but this option does not exsit in my menu.  Then... How and where can I go to download ringtones on my Storm?  Mobile.BlackBerry.com tells me to download the same way.

  You are right to not see this option - blackberry manuals can be very ambiguious due to the fact it operation of the 'general' device of overviews... not specific to the carrier verisons...

  If you want ringtones?  You can use your own music from your computer!  If you have installed the Blackberry from your Inbox user Tools CD, you will see that, in BB, Bishop Office is an icon called Media Manager.  If you go here, you will see you can drag "/" drop "the files in a folder pre-designate ringtones on your memory card support.

  Better yet, there are programs out there in stores and on the web that allow to cut snippets of your songs and create your own ringtones!  As long as they are in a compatible format, you should have no problem...

  I have an iPhone6 with the current iOS10.0.1. In my previous iOS I could assign a ringtone to each contact that I made.   My personal ringtones assigned to contacts are default xylophone after the last update.  They are always present and checked, but the phone only rings on the xylophone.  If anyone has experienced this?  Or knows how to solve?

  If I understand correctly, you have a problem affecting the ringtones and make them work properly.  I'd be happy to try to help you with this.

  The first thing we want to do is to make sure that you have a current backup of everything on your iPhone. Nothing that I will propose should result in no data loss, but it's always a good idea to have a backup.   If you follow this link, you will find instructions on how to make a backup: How to back up your device using iCloud or iTunes.

  It is possible that something is damaged and that the origin of the problem.  Once the backup is complete, I would say to reset all settings.

  Reset preference files resets all parameters that may be problems. This step will not delete your contacts, photos or personal information. It deletes all your preferences for Wi - Fi, Bluetooth, do not disturb, Notifications, general, sounds, brightness & wallpaper and privacy and removes your Touch ID & password.

  Do you this by clicking on settings > general > reset > reset all settings.

  Once this step is completed, re - assign ringtones and test to see if they now work correctly.

  I have the same S850 S211 on-site, but I can't reproduce this problem. I suggest that you reset the device once you protect the data (photos, contacts, messages and so on).

  Unfortunately, there is no way that you can select all contacts with just a tap. You should choose the option "Select more" and to highlight the contacts one by one.

  Also he by design this Blackberry link will only synchronize the device data associated with the link BB for this computer account.

  That means, 1 BB PC link data on the device will not sync with 2 PCs.

• Software BlackBerry made Blackberry connection problems with Outlook 2003?

  I am pleased to see that we have highlighted in this one machine, if you will not tie the Z10 BlackBerry as modem then you can keep the VPN BlackBerry off.

  Another that what could it be causing a conflict with the BlackBerry VPN, to be honest, I have an application that causes problems with the BlackBerry VPN connection and I have to turn off sometimes.

  My videos don't seen to have the volume on my blackberry. I habe a bunch and none of them have.  also, I sent a couple and they had no picture. they were sent on wifi. does anyone else have this problem?

  I don't know what the problem was but I pulled the battery and rebooted the phone and it works fine now. Thanks for help. The video was the one who was shot with the phone, so he would have to play very well. He does now.

But, three days behind the weird things suddenly came when I shared some pictures to one of my BBMessenger contact (say A). Whenever I have send a photo... it does not appear in our chat window. Therefore, I keep on back in place again and again. Of course... the peak arrived at another contact (say B) with no warning. And then my contact call B to the... to complain because she had no intention of receipt as photos.

  I try the next day after having restarted the device. Unfortunately is this weird distribution still. What went wrong on my BlackBerry Q5? This unusual atitude happened to my a contact. Other contacts has no problem in sharing files, quite normal.

  I did no changes on the installer.

  This is not a fault BLackberry, when you send an email to the same address, the e-mail appears in the sent and Inbox on the Z10, it also gets sent to the computer.
