  Hello gurus,
  
  I have a report (pivot View) with the following dimensions and facts
  
  1 country (Dimension)
  2. the dealer group (Dimension)
  3. name (Dimension) of the region from the sale of parts
  4. parts name (Dimension) sales representative
  5 dealer account (Dimension)
  6 heart FY purchases (Fact)
  7. purchases of fiscal Prv (Fact)
  8% change (Fact)
  
  I have all the dimensions of filters (as guest)
  
  The requirement is now
  When I select the country from the prompt and click on go. the report is expected to show only dealer group and measures 3.
  When I choose the dealer group from the prompt and press go. the report should appears with the name of parts sales region and the corresponsing measures
  
  So I intend to use the command prompt to display the columns according to me
  
  from now my report shows the entire column irrespective of what I select in the command prompt. (such as the report displays all my dimensions and facts). I should be able to restrict the column in the reprot based on what the user, select the prompt for
  
  Is this possible?

• Area code to Dial Plan via the 504G 7.5.4 file xml

  I can't get my phone to add a default when area code automatically scheduled via the .xml file.

  I use a Cisco SPA504G 7.5.4 current firmware version

  Commissioning is performed using tftp.

  Trying to get the phone to add '1805' when the 7 digits are composed.

  E.g.   Dial 555-1212 have phone send the call to 1-805-555-1212

  Via the web interface, I can add that in and it works perfectly, see below:

  However, adds the same <:1805>in the file xml does not work. The phone will not download the xml file.  I'm guessing that the '<" and="" "="">' are breaking somehow however I tried several different configurations oh spaces with no luck.  I confirmed that my config file loads successfully, so the only line that change is specifying the numbering plan and after changing this line unique, does not load the file. Here is a list of the lines I've tried.

  I know I'm just playing with spaces, but I'm not having any luck.  I also tried these same variations with substitute the x first after the [2-9] code with no luck

  I have a question to seed the cache of the BI server. I have a series of reports that they are involved in their selection on a presentation variable that is defined by a line of dashboard.
  
  My question is this, I set the value of the variable presentation of something and run the report via an iBot? The content of the report will change every day, I'm looking to have a scheduled job to clear the cache, and then run reports. The values used are fixed, there only a small number or values:
  
  Small
  Medium
  Large

  Batch file is a type of script file, a text file, containing a series of commands to be executed by the command prompt. When you run a batch file, it opens the command prompt to run the scripts.

  It would be great if you can answer the following questions:

  1. what happens when you try to run a batch file?

  2 are. what batch file you referring?

  3. the problem occurs for a particular batch file?

  First of all, I suggest you to check the commands written in a batch file. To do the same thing, just right-click on the batch file, and then click change. It will open Notepad with the list of orders scripted for this particular batch file.

  -> workspace
  
  We know that this workspace is a unique user interface.
  
  After setting up, I tried to open the planning via the workspace Application, but I could not able to find "* classic Application Administration *" under administer option of the menu navigation to guide me.

  I have a requirement were on the dashboard there are 4 guests say product, region, year, color.
  
  All are select muli-value prompt.
  
  on the dashboard, there is a synthesis report that reflects the value according to the selected data from the command prompt. His work so far.
  
  Now below the customer wants a link that has the title of 'detailed report '. When they click the hyperlink, they want to see detailed but it show only the values selected in the command prompt.
  They claim as detail as there are more number of columns found in the report detail than the summary report following.
  
  Can we can suggest me how to achieve in 10g.

  Just add your detailed report to the dashboard as a link or an Image and keep the required columns, you are invited into the report. It should work.

  I have 5 reports that are part of the same page that has a page with 5 options-level prompt.
  
  According to the option selected in the command prompt that the value is stored in a variable of the presentation, I need only 4 reports to view at any time (ie 1 report should NOT be directed).
  
  Example: -.
  
  When Option 1 is selected 1,2,3,4 reports must be posted
  When Option 2 is selected 2,3,4,5 reports must be posted

• Different plan for the same sql id

  Our team of application reported recently that a query ran longer than usual.

  Search in tables AWR (dba_hist_active_sess_history & dba_hist_sqlstat), it was a change of plan_hash_value. The next day, without intervention from anyone (collect statistics did not run, no change in the tables involved) the sql used the former plan and completed quickly.

  The differences in the plan was the index that was used to access the table.

  What could be the reason for the optimizer to choose a bad plan and return once more the good thing. ?

  The code sql that has been run twice & three in one day and then it years off cursor cache.

  Regime shifts are normal.

  Flipfloppping plans are quite normal.

  I'd be willing to bet that a large percentage of your SQL shows variations in implementation plans and you never notice.

  And there are several reasons why you might get a different plan.

  1 bind variable peeking - it is normal SQL for the age from the cache and then get analyzed once again with different bind variable leading to different cardinality estimates and plans

  2. the statistics change - it is normal that the statistics of change over time causing different cardinality estimates and the various plans, especially if the histograms are involved and changing buckets

  3. data change - especially if you use dynamic sampling it is normal to get a different sample of data leading to different cardinality estimates and plans

  4 SYSDATE - it's normal for queries with SYSDATE in them to recognize that time is never on leave and which, in conjunction with statistics or data, can lead to different cardinality estimates and plans

  5. integrated optimization features - it's normal for features like ACS to kick in and notice that they got forecasts wrong in an execution plan and force the recalculation to a different plan with an adjusted cardinality.

  Using DBMS_XPLAN. DISPLAY_CURSOR or DISPLAY_AWR you can get different plans (provided that they are in memory or AWR). The notes section should indicate cardinality comments have been a factor. You can also get links peeked with format mask of "+ PEEKED_BINDS".

• planning sparse dimension update via the ODI interface does not

  I'm trying to update planning spare dimension (Department) by changing the property of storage of data from' never' to 'Store' through the ODI interface.
  
  Even if the ODI interface for this update runs successfully without reported errors in the data storage property 'Operator' is still showing as "Never share" in planning and Essbase (and yes I select the option "Refresh database" of IKM = Yes (IKM SQL for Hyperion Planning))
  
  
  Someone knows something similar or ideas if Miss me something.

  First update of the planning to essbase is slightest mistake out because it seems you may have locked contour.
  Also check the error log contained the revenge to see if there is no rejection.
