11.1.2.3 services of not working is not after you apply the hotfix 11.1.2.3.500.

Hi all

We are migrating from Essbase 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.3. We are working on only Hyperion Essbase. So in the new Version, we try to overcome our issues below.

1.IE11 not managing shared Services in 11.1.2.2 Version.I tried with IE 10 also, but without using a blank screen appears. Choose compatibility F12 and changing IE 8 tools helped to connect but could not pull users for Provisioning.When take us roles he radiee and cannot go any further.

Which is the Version of compatible browser for 11.1.2.3 SSP? Any Version of Firefox works for Shared Services 11.1.2.2 Version?

2. If we are in Essbase 11.1.2.3 Version Prod. Can we use 11.1.2.500 patch Smart View as customer by users? Can they install this Smart View for office 2013 32-bit and 64-Bit windows operating system 7 or 8?

3 I did knowledge of Java 7 is supported by 11.1.2.3 Version. Is the Version of support for the JDK Java 8 11.1.2.3?

    I have a big problem today. I applied the SSL configuration for weblogic and OBIEE. It worked very well with the Keystore demo. After selfsigned keystore is created and applied to weblogic admin_server, the server will stop and now it does not start. Here is the log, I checked the name of user and password several times. also I removed the boot.properties file and it is generated again when starting.

    I used the following commands to generate custome keystore.

  • Need help after you apply the updates. Computer will not start.

    The computer in question is running XP Pro.  He applied updates should then stop.  When I tried to reload I couldn't do.

    It's as if the power is off.  There is no fan noise when I push the power button, nothing.  He tries not to POST and there is no beeps.

    I can obviously not use a boot disk and restore console, or try safe mode.

    There may have been a blip in power when the system applied updates, but I don't know.  Everything else on the same surge protector does not have a problem.

    Just for the follow-up of this: I have sent comments, and they responded in 20 minutes with:

    Please contact the Support of the note.  I'm sorry that you are experiencing this error, but it seems by the error message that you install note on a Windows 7 computer.  This error is caused by a Microsoft security update that was released in July 2011 for Windows 7 and caused upward to change our software.  Here is access to our Download Center for you to install the version 8.4 of note.  You will use your current serial number, license key and authentication code.
    They then provided a link to their Download Center where I could download 8.4
    E - mailer to * address email is removed from the privacy * and they will answer you. They have great customer service.
