11g Client - inconsistencies to the 16th decimal

In the clients of TOAD, SQLPlus and ODBC numbers returned by a query are correct (max 3 digits)
In Discoverer & according to a report, the numbers are off to the 16th decimal...
FOR EXAMPLE:
7.081 becomes 7.0810000000000004
7,090 becomes 7.0999999999999994 (which is weird because the District does not work)
7,200 becomes 7.2000000000000002

No idea what would cause this?
How can I query from SQLPlus (or TOAD) to confirm or not those decimal extended actually exist in the table?

The particular table in question is an interface table which is in place for 4 years and more.
The columns in question are of NUMBER data type.
We just changed the PC that runs this interface to Win7 with a client 11g.

I want to know if there is a setting in SQLPlus or the DB client that limits the display of decimal places I can change to determine if the extent of decimal numbers in fact appears... (they should not be there at all)

Sqlplus and db can affect the outcome, for example

Values has been inserted for the two columns to test. With scale = 5 for its data type, the values of B are rounded (4th and 6th rank).

SQL> set numw 5
SQL> select * from test;

123,5 123,5
123,5 123,5
1,234 1,234
1,235 1,235

6 rows selected.

The numLargeur setting affects sqlplus formatting.

You can install in any desired point of installation/directory. Oracle does not give a flying fig this topic. Just put it somewhere that makes sense.

Just need confirmation that the old Java based Enterprise Manager 10g left for always with 11g and there is no installation of 11g client management console (at least I can't find one). And after searching for the ndo son Oracle documentation, it seems that I can install database 11g on my local pc and then have a dbconsole (not the grid control). Please confirm that this dbconsole only points to the specific database that is installed on the same pc, and it cannot be used to manage remotely located 10 or 11 g databases. I'm still in the planning stages for the installation of grid control and want to use the more small enterprise manager - java control. But even once, there no such Oracle 11 g application now? I have to use the grid control to manage multiple databases?

Confirmed. The DB Console is linked to an ORACLE_HOME one HOST for a single INSTANCE. The HOST and the INSTANCE are used in the directory naming (of all stupidity) and the content of the configuration file under the ORACLE_HOME.

Confirmed. Fortunately, the grid control is included in the license database in accordance with the manual of licenses of database, and you can place the grid on a separate machine control. Do not use the correct decimal value

I am using a cell to calculate a simple equation, but the value is incorrect, because program seems to use the wrong decimal length to calculate the answer.

A cell is formatted with 2 decimals with a value of 54.55%. (Formula for this cell is 90000/165000)

B cell is formatted in a monetary value of $75,000 with 0 decimal.

Cell C's function cell A = * B cell with currencies with 0 decimal formatting.

Cell C should multiple 54.55% $75,000, resulting in $40 913 in cell C, but the result is always $40 909. When I manually type =. 5455 * 75000 in another cell, I will get the result of 40913. So I guess the program is multiplied by the actual value of the % and not the number rounded to 2 decimal places. However this change so the value will be correct?

Vpn client access to the DMZ host

I'm having a problem where my customers who establish a VPN with Pix 515 cannot access hosts on the DMZ. VPN clients can access hosts inside network without any problems. I discovered that when I make a route to trace from a client computer that has established a VPN connection to a host on the DMZ, he tries to go through the default gateway of computers instead of the client from cisco. Any ideas?

When a client connects with the PIX over the VPN, it is given the internal DNS servers and the DNS Server internal, we have a host entry that says "www.whatever.com" 2.2.2.2 (this is the DMZ host). Customers within the network can access this host with problems, it's just the customers who establish a VPN connection. But the VPN Clients can access "www.whatever.com" using the public ip address. The problem is that if remove us the entry from the host on the DNS server so that the name of "www.whatever.com" decides the public ip address customers inside will not be able to access the DMZ host. The names and IP numbers are not real just using those as an example.

You'll currently have something like this in your config file:

sheep allowed ip access-list

NAT (inside) 0 access-list sheep

This tells the PIX not to NAT any traffic from inside interface, which is to go to a VPN client. You need the same thing but for the DMZ interface, then add the following:

sheep allowed ip access-list

NAT 0 access-list sheep (dmz)

Please check that no signature field is empty in the document to be signed.

You can send the document yet keep identification of the signer's email (under: label) for the Legal Department to get the completely signed document.

Web client to modify the virtual machine settings

We have several VMware environments that I help manage. So that we can train the junior members on the use of VMware, we have a few stand-alone hosts running v5.5u1.
One of my colleagues copied a VM built with 10 Workstation to this host and received an error message on the VMDK becoming invalid. They tried to solve the problem by getting the host to upgrade the virtual machine. The virtual machine appears now as being "Version VM: vmx-10.
The network for this virtual computer is set on connects don't not to put under tension, so we have no network on this virtual machine. If we right-click the virtual machine in vSphere Client and choose change settings, we receive this message:
"You cannot use vSphere Client to change the settings of the virtual version 10 or higher machines.

Use the vSphere Client Web to change the settings for this virtual machine".
I know that the Web Client for stand-alone hosts was not available on 5.1 and I guess that's the same thing with 5.5. Is this correct? My attempts to try to load a page like this fails.
Y at - there a command I can use 'downgrade' the version of virtual machine to any where I can change the settings with vSphere Client?
It's not much you can do that and then get stuck without being able to change the settings for the virtual machine. Surely, they could detect if the host is connected to a vCenter and only enable this option if it is... or warn before you perform the upgrade!

In my plugin I would ask the user to provide me with a local of files I need to upload to the server (server blank when my Java code is running). Since flex is launched in the sandbox inside the browser, they provide an API for downloading files the from/to the URL of the server built-in. Is it possible to define my own servlet (or something like that) inside the Virgo vSphere server to listen for the event upload? Y at - it another possibility to upload a file from the client flex on the server?

Yes it is possible, but it is not recommended to download the large amount of data to the client Web server. Don't forget that your java plugin is just a transmission in your own background when real business logic and/or data sources are provided. You might as well send the file directly to your back-end, there is no reason to keep it on the server of the Web client.

Have you considered using the Invoke-VMScript cmdlet to do this?

It allows you to run a script inside the guest OS and do your tests/checks this script
