11g - why is it not add processes for multiple roles in new data sources?

Anyone want to guess why Oracle chose to add roles both in the allocation of privileges to new data sources? If I have 40 different roles and add a new data source, I have to manually add this data source for each role, one at a time, 40 times. Horribly inefficient. Why?

When you change the new data source (click on the data source), you have the option: "Move All" available to 'Authorized roles' roles under the security heading. Have you looked at this option? (Admin - Data Sources) and not passing is not by Admin-> roles and permissions...

or have I misunderstood your question?

Thank you

  • SQL error: ORA-01840: value not long enough for the format of the date of entry

It is a delete SQL in a driver of demand, which gives no error, but does remove all the lines either. I have converted the removal 'from' to ' Select * ' and may see the following error:

Select * FROM PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40 WHERE EXISTS (SELECT FROM 'X'
PS_GPDE_DV_ELIG_MO ELG WHERE ELG. EMPLID = PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40. EMPLID AND
    ELG. EMPL_RCD = PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40. EMPL_RCD AND TO_DATE (TO_CHAR (ELG. PRD_END_DT
    "YYYY"). TO_CHAR (ELG. PRD_END_DT, "MM"). '01', "YYYY-MM-DD") =.
    PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40. GPDE_DV_EVT_EFFDT AND ELG. CAL_RUN_ID = "CAL_0812")
    Error report:
SQL error: ORA-01840: value not long enough for the format of the date of entry

The interesting thing is that if I attach a condition of emplid, then the SQL above does not give an error and return lines:

Select * FROM PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40 WHERE EXISTS (SELECT FROM 'X'
PS_GPDE_DV_ELIG_MO ELG WHERE ELG. EMPLID = PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40. EMPLID AND
    ELG. EMPL_RCD = PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40. EMPL_RCD AND TO_DATE (TO_CHAR (ELG. PRD_END_DT
    "YYYY"). TO_CHAR (ELG. PRD_END_DT, "MM"). '01', "YYYY-MM-DD") =.
    PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40. GPDE_DV_EVT_EFFDT AND ELG. CAL_RUN_ID = "FM_CG_0812")
    and emplid = "1234"

now, if the number of lines is identified (by giving more number of emplids), it begins to give the error when the number of rows returned is greater than about 30. It is completely independent of what employee is used, so there is no question of data dependence.

Function optimizer cost is off and a subquery nest is off on the init.ora file

    subquery UNNEST= false

    optimizercost_based_transformation = off

I don't know if it has something to do with this problem.

    Explanations would be welcome!

    Thank you
    Vikas

I think it is question of data combined with a not very sensible date format mask (it could fail when the null data, because of your concatenation with '01' and work when not null data).
Have you tried with a simple TRUNC?

    Your code:

    ...TO_DATE(TO_CHAR(ELG.PRD_END_DT, 'YYYY') || TO_CHAR(ELG.PRD_END_DT , 'MM') || '01' , 'YYYY-MM-DD') =PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40.GPDE_DV_EVT_EFFDT...

    After change:

    ...TRUNC(ELG.PRD_END_DT , 'MM') =PS_GPDE_DV_TRIG40.GPDE_DV_EVT_EFFDT...

  • Why is there not an option to print only the form data in Adobe XI?

I created a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and saved.  So I want to open it in Adobe Reader, fill it in and then print only the data from the form, but it is not an option to print only the form data in Adobe Reader XI.  I don't know if it's in the way I created the form or something else.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Adobe is a software company, unless you are a builder.

Player cannot directly print the form data.

The ability to print the form data only exist in Acrobat Professional and Acrobat Standard. To purchase the full product provides more bang for the buck.

  • Application module runs does not after changing the jndi in the JDBC data source name

I had an obligation to deploy ADF application dev, test, and production. Every environments to different databases.

To reach the requirement above, we had suite
    (a) uncheck "Auto Generate and descriptors weblogic - jdbc.xml sync for the deployment" of the Application property.
    (b) defined a data source to wls console (console different wls for each env) to dev, test, and production with jndi, jdbc/dashboardDS.
    (c) on the module of the application, the connection type changed to "JDBC Data Source" and filled in "jdbc/dashboardDS" to the name of the data source.

Now, we are able to deploy our ADF application for dev, test, and production environments.

But, after doing some changes to the bc4j.xcfg file as in step c), I'm not able to run AM. AM is running in an error message.

  • Why can I not add music to the next place more?

This new update *. The feature that I found important on the old update has been removed, the possibility of creating a queue up next. I don't see why you could get rid of this ability. Explanations or something, I see no need to for?

In addition, the design itself *, on both the app and the office. It was better before.

You have to touch to add songs to your queue until the next Force the song you want to add to the queue and select play. The song will be added to your queue up next and will play just after the end of the currently playing song. What you can or can not find in the Force Touch menu is the option to play letter which replaced the option Add to the next place on previous versions. Everything you add to the next queue play literally will then play unless you rearrange once on the queue. Some have reported having the option of playing later in some cases, and then it disappears. Me, I've not seen once again. I hope this helps.

You can give them your PIN over the phone, or give them a little trick to discover their own PIN. In a field of electronic mail or a message, type in "mypin" and press the SPACEBAR. This will change for users PIN.

Good luck with that, I had some problems with BBMessenger but it usually resolves.

  • Why can I not add a single image to the library of my newly installed application android revel?

Hi, I just installed revel on my android phone and indeed moved to my 8 GB sd card. I currently have zero images in my library, but when I try to add a single image, I get the message "import was stopped because it doesn't have enough storage to revel on this device", this in spite of having more than 5 GB available. I would like to use revel, but not because of this atm. Any suggestions?

    Brian-

It seems that you have not enough memory on your device to download using revel. Generally, we recommend a minimum of 500 MB of free space to revel to function well.

You can manually clear the cache to free space by clicking on the library info-> empty the cache for each available library. This command removes full size files that have been cached during download or editing, as well as the larger preview.

Although you can move revel to the SD card, photos and videos are still in the phone memory. The app is on the SD card. A warning should appear when available memory is<500MB. the="" cache="" is="" purged="" as="" needed="" to="" maintain="" 2="" gb="" of="" free="" space="" in="" the="">

  • Why are you not using https for all your links

As a company that promotes free software for all why do you use https instead of http with https links, it is possible to have access to the internet with most of the suppliers of wireless dsl even when the service is cancelled.

  • Thunderbird will not add addresses for the field in my emails

When I double click on a name in the sidebar to e-mail it does not transfer to the column To the e-mail message. or by using one of the other roads (right-click and click the command to, etc.)

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you very much

He has already worked for you? If so, when did it stop working?

Such problems are often associated with the entries in the address book in the fields, which usually comes to have imported also addresses and do not match the data fields in the address book in Thunderbird with the fields in the imported data.

Open your address book and search your Contacts. are in fact all e-mail addresses in a field of email addresses and not elsewhere? "Nicknames" seem to be a common location to misplaced email addresses.
