  My email accounts all worked very well until I installed at El Capitan. Since the upgrade yesterday, I can't access any of my email on the mail accounts. It is one of my Exchange accounts and invites me to check the password and then fails to check. I looked everywhere to try to understand why it won't work but am running out of ideas. I have another exchange account which seems to work very well. I checked all the settings and don't see anything wrong anywhere. Can someone help please I need access to this account (OH and it works fine on my iPhone)

  Delete the Exchange account, and then add it again. It is possible that you will need to do additional work to fix, but this easy option first.

  No - you will need to reset the existing passwords after the upgrade to take advantage of this feature

  Passwords for accounts created after the upgrade automatically are case-sensitive.

• 6.5.1 OS upgrade OS 4 - default password problem (Ultra 6)

  I installed my OS 6.5.1 6 Ultra and I'm having a problem accessing the Admin page.

  In the lower left corner of the RADar is a box that reads, "Offline Setup (LAN). I click on that and get the standard connection to the screen. I have keyed "admin" as user and tried "netgear1" as a password. No love. I tried my 'old' password. No love.

  Finally, I get the reset password screen which says password recovery have not been configured on this device.

  I can't do a reinstall because I can't go to the administration area.

  I can't do a factory reset because my reset button at the back of the 6 Ultra seems to be defective.

  Does anyone have ideas, what I can try?

  The linked above maintenance manual tells how to do these things, but I can certainly answer that Yes, all this can be done, except the upgrade of the battery. 6-cell is the largest made battery. Some sellers of advertising 6 spare batteries with a higher capacity. Most are 4400 mah, but I've seen people selling batteries claimed to be 5200 mah. I would stick with the authentic HP battery. 320 GB is a large hard drive, although you can go up to 750 GB, but think about how you plan to reload the software on the new drive. Upgrade to a better to do is 2 GB of RAM... really it will work much better. There is nothing else you can do to upgrade. You should not have a cooling block. Netbooks run more fresh than a laptop because of the low of the processor.

  Last night, I installed a password before going to sleep because my brother mess with her when I'm asleep and when I woke up I forgot my password more. Reviewed online for solutions and I tried to restore and now I'm stuck on 'Shot of Upgrade' with a forgotten password and iTunes will not access the iPhone unless I unlock it.

  1 - put the device in DFU mode.

  STEPS FOR DFU MODE

  Hold the Power button (4 seconds)

  Continue to hold the power button and also has the home button (20 seconds)

  Release the power button while continuing to press the home button (10 seconds)

  Your device should prompt with the "Connect to iTunes screen.

• Satellite P200-RT2 - need help with recovery

  I made a Boo-Boo and need advice/help to get things fixed.

  My husband has a Satellite P200-RT2 running Win XP 32 bit (included with Vista, but had been upgraded). The battery needs to be replaced, does not load and he made the mistake to disconnect while it was closing, but had not closed completely. Laptop computer would not start even in Safe Mode.

  So, I thought to try to insert a disc Win XP Pro thought, he would work to restart the computer and start again. No, he took over and completely restructured the laptop. If great, now have Win XP Pro on it, but can not load all Toshiba drivers that I downloaded from the Toshiba site.

  I was not in a position to know if there is a specific order to load the drivers... have been reading and wonder if the BIOS should be the first?

  Needless to say that the Toshiba recovery software went on the P200-RT2, I can't find a separate drive that supposedly it contains, there are only two listed drives, drive C and D (for DVDs).

  Toshiba tells me that Microsoft sells the recovery software, MS told me that Toshiba sells. There are sites online that have the recovery disc for Vista I could buy or download, but I'm not sure on those that are reliable/safe.

  Have to mention that I have a Toshiba laptop latest (L675 - 40 X, Win 7) and have the recovery disc for it.

  Is it possible to use these recovery disks for Toshiba software loaded on the old P200-RT2?

  Any help is greatly appreciated!

  As far as I know it is not possible to use the second HARD drive on this laptop.
  Did you check underside?
  If I remember well there is just the cover for a HARD drive, upgrade memory and battery, but not for the second HARD drive.
