13.1 error with new rolls
I have a laserjet 4200 who keeps giving me an error 13.1 even if she new rolls on it. I tried 2 different trays and always get the same result. I try to print a paper proof of path with a quantity of 100. After about 25 to 30 pages, I get an error 13.1 and 13.2. After erasing the "jam", it will print on 25 or 30 pages more and do the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your time and your help.
DavidZuts, you helped me to solve my problem in another thread, I found yours. It turns out that it was the solenoid valve on the right side of the printer that controls the roller in the tray. I just had to clean the more felt left and paste and put a piece of electrical tape where the felt was. Printer works fine now.

CAN grasp the material master Timebase rate returns an error with new hardware OR XNET
Hi all
I have a project that communicates on a CAN bus. It has always worked well with a PCI-CAN/2 card, but when I tried to use it in combination with an NI PCI-8512 (NOR-XNET) newly purchased card, it returns the following error:
"1074388560 error has occurred CAN set material master Timebase Rate.vi
NI-CAN: (Hex0xBFF621B0) the specified feature has a drawing or model under the NI_CAN which can be made compatible with the hardware, NI - XNET CAN. »
Yes, I have installed the NOR-XNET for NI-CAN compatibility library.
The error occurs during the initialization of the RTSI connections for synchronization, that VI is attached.
I guess that this code is based on an example found in LabView.
When I remove the BOX: block Set (material master time base rate) property, there is no error and the rest of the application seems to work very well.
Can someone explain what is / was some timebase setting the internal clock of 10 MHz before connecting a RTSI line for her?
Are there side effects caused by the elimination of this step?
Should I still include if I run the application in combination with the old card PCI-CAN/2?
Thanks in advance.
Hello Pianne,
Based on our discussion in class, it seems indeed as part of your existing code is written in a very specific way which is not entirely compatible with the XNET approach.
Indeed, it would be useful to have 2 separate versions of this init VI (and other CAN-code) of your code and allow you to decide which one to run your top-level application, depending on the setting used.
A HAL as approach could still be used in this case. -

Blue screen error: 0x0000001a when using system to restore with new hard drive disk
original title: blue screen error when you use the system disk to restore with new hard drive
I bought a new hard drive to my computer because the old one gave me a bunch of error messages on screen blues. I installed in the tower and tried to use my restore and system recovery disks that the manufacturer has given me, the process has got to the last disk then asked for the system once again restore disc, and then began to load the last steps and went to blue screen error. I don't know what to do, I mean it's a whole new drive hard, so where could the error come, theres nothing on the hard drive because I have not yet used really, yet. Help, please
I have finally fixed the problem myself. The problem was that one of the sticks three memory was bad and the only way I could test this error. I took two sticks a left, used disks I had and was able to restore my computer, then I put a stick, turned on the computer, had no errors so I let him, so I put the last stick in and com immediately on, I had the Disconnections: memory management and that's when I knew that the last stick of memory was bad I took it back and now my computer works well and I can't buy more memory for not too. So if someone gets this BOSD error on memory, I'd say 8/10 computers have bad memory (not a number). If youcannot run the tool of diagnosis of memory like me then I would suggest to do what I did with the trial and error, it was the only way to understand the problem. Thanks for your help

Satellite L350 - BSOD with new modules of RAM
Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite L350, it helps to have a memory of 2 GB 2 x 1 GB (PC2 5300 s)
Now I bought 2x2gb (PC2 5300 s) to get a 4 GB and installed them both, but when I turn on my laptop I get the BSOD with Driver_IRQL_Not_LEss_OR_EQUAL error with ataport.sysAddress 814A2AE1
81499000 base
datestamp 49ee8a3aRunning Windows 7
The two 2 GB cards memory sticks works fine individually butAny help would be welcome. Thank you
Hi mate,
What new RAM modules that you have bought exactly? For the moment, I think that they are not compatible together and so the BSOD appears. I think you have to use other RAM modules if want 4 GB of RAM.
Also if you run a memory diagnostic tool like Memtest86 doesn't it displays an error if you use the new modules?

PSC 1400v 'check ink cartridges' seeing rest even with new cartridges
My COPS 1400v 'check ink cartridges' stays on even with new cartridges. I have Windows 7. I followed the troubleshooting tips to clean the contact points, but not luck. I bought a carton of off - brand, who worked for a few weeks. This is the error message at startup. I replaced the cartridges with the HP brand, but the error light does not turn off. All advice is appreciated. I know that this thing is so outdated, but that's all I have right now. Thank you very much.
It looks like a case of rejection of the cartridge. You can have a bad ink cartridge, or something more serious. If you have tried all the steps in the document below, then you should try to do a hard reset. If this does not work, the cartridge may be bad and need replaced. Sometimes you get a bad right cartridge against the package. If after changing the cartridge again and again all the troubleshooting steps did not receive the printer print, then you may need to replace the printer.
Check lights print cartridge flashing:
http://goo.GL/viF23To do a hard reset:
1. make sure that the printer is turned on.
2. pull on the power cord from the printer.
3. pull out the power cord from the wall.
4. wait for 30 seconds.
5. plug in the printer and turn it on. -

I get the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error with blue screen when I start the machine.
STOP: 0X0000000A (0X00000000, 0X804DC11D, 0X00000001, 0 X 000000002)I can't that connection in Debugging Mode.winDBG output points to a file PxHelp20.sys, which is a Sonic driver. Is it possible to delete this file? Or is this some kind of virus? (out of winDBG is attached below). There was no new HW SW or recently installed or when this error occurred.
I also tried to run Verifier.exe with the option "Select all drivers installed automatically on this computer" and as soon as I chose this option, another mistake (and cannot change this option), DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x000000D1(0x8068329C,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x89E4460A)Thanks in advance,

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
It is a very common bugcheck. Usually the PIN address of exception
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
and the date of the picture link / driver that contains this address.
Some common problems are the exception code 0 x 80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system has been started
/ /NODEBUG. It is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
breakpoints coded hard in retail code, but...
In this case, make sure a debugger must be connected and the
system startup/DEBUG. This will we will see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, the unhandled exception code
Arg2: 8736d01a, the address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: f78d9ec4, address of Exception report

SRSK,
Well I looked around the PxHelp20.sys file and it looks like it is related to things CD\DVD. If it was me... I rename the file to .old or move it to a temporary folder and then restart and see what happens. If you try that bak to view the results. Good luck. QQ learn manage! -
Problem with new incoming messages to my Windows Mail account
Since 2-3 weeks, I've known more fault with new messages from my Inbox on Windows Mail. I have the 1st message, but then the connection is interrupted and I get the following message: "your server has ended suddenly the connection. The possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.tiscali.co.uk', server: 'pop.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, secure (SSL): no, error number: 0x800CCC0F. "Error may occur when I log in to access new messages from the server, or when the mail comes while I was already connected. The fault is intermittent: sometimes I can access mail normally again. When I live the flaw, I close the Windows Mail error message, press the send/receive button and my incoming emails (including the 1st) is normally followed. For the record, I'm not problems with outgoing mail.
I would appreciate any ideas on what could be causing this fault and what remedial measures I could take.
Charles
You are welcome.See if that helps.I have no first hand know how to do this in Norton that I would never use Norton. Very common with any security program which is mail scanning has never caused a problem, but there is an update and 'poof', there you go.Why you don't need your anti-virus to scan your email

Error "a newer version of quicktime is already installed" when you attempt to install QuickTime
I am running Vista as an administrator. I was running itunes version 8.03 for several months. When I went to upgrade to itunes 9.x, I started to have problems. the upgrade was unsuccessful. I then uninstalled quick time and itunes and all the other software Apple via the Control Panel, windows Install CleanUp and also delete the apple key in the registry under the local computer and the current user. I did a search on the computer and remove all apple, quick time and records of safari.
I have also created a new administrator user and tried to install through this user, without success, exact same results.
When I try to install itunes via the downloaded executable software I get the error «a newer version of quick time is already installed...» »
I spent several hours on the phone with Apple and they indicated that they believe that vista is now a registry entry somewhere for quick time that causes the problem. They suggested that I contact Microsoft.
At this point, I can't use my i touch and would like to get this resolved as soon as POSSIBLE.
Hello flybydug,
Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.
Apple should have been able to tell where, in the registry that QuickTime written in. However, review the information below.
1. go to C:\Program Files and delete the entire folder QuickTime.
2. click on start - search/search - all files and folders, select the hard disk (C :) to look in, type in QuickTime, and then click search / search when list files appear, click right on and remove any that you confirm are associated with QuickTime.)
3. Click Start, type regedit, and then click OK. Click on the + to:
Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software
In the software submenu, click directly on the entry of Apple Computer, then scroll for QuickTime, right-click and select Remove.Note: If you click on the + to the "entry of Apple Computer, it will grow and you should see"QuickTime"which are listed there.
4. exit regedit. It will save their output.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Marilyn

value of email with new provider
I just signed up with new provider and tring to put in place with the window mail. I already have good information, and port information. passward and username are correct (I already called new supplier), but leaves no window messages access me my account. (when I put the username and passward, it says that it is invalid) The provider has said that there must be some someproblem with the window mail. I didn't cancel previous provider again, what is the best solution for this?
Your topic says that there is a new supplier. I can assume this account has never worked? You typed this here or copy and paste error message?
Do you have triple checked your PW for spelling? Remove and type again. Even a stray space can cause this.
I use Cox on the West Coast myself. Did you call their tech support and asked them to this topic? Maybe reset your password? They are very good and there is 24/7. 1-800-221-4188.

"Print cartridge problem" with new black cartridges.
For some reason, my printer reject print with this error all new cartridges. This printer is a HP Officejet 4500 G510g, and it's "901" ink that has the problem. I bought two cartridges of this type, new and apparently falsified with Wal-Mart. I tried to use both of them in the printer and it came with this error. Troubleshooting assistance, I can only find that I need to clean, I did then as directed. Yet none of them works. I don't know why, but they do not work. I don't want to erase Walmart on all of their ink cartridges to find a working one... Why am I having this problem? The printer do not error when I put the old cartridge back, so I don't really know where the shoe pinches.
Apparently, my printer is out of warranty, which took end of February 2011, even if I bought this printer in September 2012. That in itself is meaningless, and I do not know where a party has to prove when I bought...
I tried all of these steps, including the hard reset, and nothing has worked. But, I got a solution.
Apparently, for some reason, cartridges, I had to come at Wal-Mart were not working and I went to Office Max instead bought one of there. Surely enough, it works beautifully. I don't really know why, but none of them worked at Walmart...
It is not really of sense unless sold defective products from Walmart, but I know where to find ink cartridges in the future.
