1350cnw loses network

My 1350cnw is nice and print beautifully.  But at irregular intervals, it will just AWOL.  messages of type "printing error".  I can fix it by reinstalling, but that takes a long time and have done this once a month I get annoyed.

It is connected via ethernet cable to my home network, which includes a desktop XP and W7 laptop.  When he stops he stops on both, and repair requires re-install on both.  From the pc to communicate on the network, but the network does not find the printer.

Troubleshooting brings me just to "cannot fix.

He helped.  Your suggestion is right on the button. (I found that the printer had different IP addresses in one) the router, b).  Fixing that was easy and he is now set to keep the same address.

I have re-installed printer for both pc and everything is beautiful.  Thanks much for the advice.

Two observations that could be useful to someone: a) I was surprised that I had to reinstall the printer after sorting, IP address.  Who should?     (b) I have no recollection of having seen any requirement to set an IP address, either in the news from Dell or in relation to anything else.

    Right after the little help with my home network. I have an ADSL Dynalink RTA 1320 connected to my WRT120N is connected to my PC which is running Vista. I have a new HP laptop running Windows 7 that is connected wireless to my home network.

    I have no problem with my internet connection, computer laptop or PC can access the internet at all times.

    For good measure, after the upgrade of the software, reset the device to factory default. Once completed, I would put the minimum requirements just to have internet access and then wait and see if there is a problem.
