  This problem occurs because there is incorrect entries in the Shell folder of the user who is logged on to Microsoft Windows.   Step 8 KB 886549 suggests that you also check the values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. However, by fixing my problem, I had not to change values in the registry key. If this does not work, follow ALL the steps in the referenced article.

  3 days ago, I had Adobe Creative Cloud with access to all the Creative Suite applications. After downloading Adobe Application Manager, I started downloads / installs each of the applications. Nearly half of them came in saying that "Installation is complete although some optional components failed to install correctly.

  Ok. I had sorted it. I used a Microsoft Fixit, uninstall and install Fixit. That allowed me to remove the offending are based of HPSA. Then, I was able to install the last sp68201.
