    Hello

OT: I can not install my wireless adapter TP-Link on PC under Windows XP Pro. I continue to receive messages from "insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service" after each reinstallation
I had this problem since I moved into my new house two weeks ago. To my old place, my pc is connected to my router via a network cable, so everything was fine and dandy. However, to my new place, with a network cable is just not possible, so I use a usb wireless adapter to connect. I bought a TP-Link Wireless N USB Adapter (model TL-WN727N) and I can not installed.  First, I installed the software using the CD-ROM of resources which is come with the product then connected the adapter wireless on my usb port at the back of the pc. It detects the device very well, but when he wants to install the driver of this message displays "an error occurred during the installation of the device. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". When I opened my device manager, a yellow exclamation mark under Network - 802.11 n WLAN cards there. In this window, I tried:!. the driver update (latest driver same downloaded of the site Web of TP-Link) 2. Disable the device (nothing happens) and 3. Uninstall (which I just can't because another message "failed to uninstall the device. The device may be required to start the computer"is displayed). All three failed to install my wireless card. I am out of resources here, so any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Drive hard new Compaq 100 getting b Small Form Factor PC Windows 7 Pro error too small

I have a Compaq 100 b compact PC running Windows 7 Pro and I am trying to replace the traditional hard drive with a Solid State hard drive due to an imminent disk failure error I get. After installing the new drive, I put the system restore disc in the drive and when it gave me the option to restore the drive to factory settings, I clicked 'Yes' I then get an error that says "the hard is smaller that the original disk in the computer, cannot continue.", or something very similar. Anyway, it gives me no options, only to leave the restaurant. What can I do about it?

    Hello:

Recovery discs do not work on a smaller hard drive.

    This works...

If you can read the Microsoft windows 7 25-character product key, you can download simple Windows 7 ISO files to burn on a DVD for the version of windows that is installed on your PC, and which is listed on the Microsoft COA sticker on your PC case.

Burn the ISO with the option to burn the ISO on your DVD burning program and burn it at the slowest possible speed that will allow your program. This will create a bootable DVD.

Or use the installation of Windows 7 USB/DVD tool to compile the ISO file that you download from Digital River. Link and instructions below. You need a 4 GB flash drive to use the USB compilation method.

    http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/HTML/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool

Use 25 characters on the PC product key to activate the installation.

The key will activate a 32 or 64 bit installation.

Then go to the support of the PC and driver page to install the drivers you need.

Link to downloads ISO of W7 is below.

  • Netflix search works is not in error of Windows Media Center (windows 8 pro) "error message"No internet connection"

    Separated from this thread.

The installation is successful, in my case; However, when I try to use the function search I get an error message 'No internet connection' and close the search window.

As this solution is supposed to be a local, I am at a loss as to what is happening. Streaming movies works btw, so I don't have an Internet connection available and functional.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Edit: I have Media Center running on Windows 8 Pro.

    Hi Florian.

I appreciate if you could help us with more information.

    1. You can use search Netflix when you connect using a web browser?

    2. Is the Windows Media Center works correctly and can access the Internet other than with Netflix?

If the problem is with Netflix Media Center User Interface, it is supported by Netflix.
Go to http://www.netflix.com/help and post your question.

    It will be useful.

  • Cannot activate Windows 8 Pro error message slui.exe 0x2a 0xd0000010.

    Original title: slui.exe 0x2a 0xd0000010

Try activating windows 8 pro after buying the upgrade through MS online.  Initially it was working fine, then I was invited to return my today activation code that I did, now it will not activate.  What's weird is, if I go to the system properties, it is said not activated, I click to view details, and then it tells me that it is enabled.

I feel like it's not, I can not download applications or run updates to add features to windows
I tried slui 3 to activate as well as run CMD slmgr.vbs - ato which still registers an error (same error that States submit).

I did a refresh with tech windows on the line to restore windows again, but that has not solved the problem.  I couldn't finish cause lack of time with MS.

Anyone run into something like this before?  The upgrade has been run from Windows 7.
    Thank you.

Sorry I didn't answer, I just got power after the hurricane!  After that the PC would start again, he finally had the status of active.  I'm not sure what he did, but at least it works now.  All thanks for the reply.

  • Need to connect to the home network wireless - Windows XP Pro - error with network password - needs to be 40bits or 104 bits...

I have a new laptop at home which has windows xp sp 2 is installed.  I am trying to connect to my wireless network.
    I get the following error;
The network password needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on your network configuration.  This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii or 26 hexadecimal characters.

I gave my father a new laptop computer this fall and he gave me one that had given him his friend... I've never worked with XP Pro...

We have several other phones on this account wireless at home.

You try to login with the wrong encryption method and you have this implemented extremely secure wireless network.

Have a computer connected to the router with an ethernet cable. Examples given are for a Linksys router. See the manual of your router or the router mftr's Web site. for the parameters by default if you don't have a Linksys. Open a browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox and in the address bar type:

http://192.168.1.1 [Enter] (it is default IP address of the router, which varies from router to router then check your manual)

This will bring you to the login screen of the router. The default username is blank and the Linksys default password is "admin" without the quotes. Enter this information. You are now in the configuration of the router utility. Your configuration utility may be slightly different from mine. The first thing to do is to change the default password because * all * known default passwords for different routers.

Click the Administration link at the top of the page. Enter your new password. MAKE A NOTE SOMEWHERE THAT YOU WILL NOT LOSE. Re-enter the password to confirm it, and then click Save settings at the bottom of the page. The router will reboot and show you the box of connection again. Do not fill in the user name and put it in your new password to enter the configuration utility.

Now, click on the link wireless at the top of the page. Change the network name (SSID) wireless by default to something, you'll recognize. I suggest that my clients not use their surname as the SSID. For example, you might want to name your network wireless network "CastleAnthrax" or similar. ;-)

Click on save settings and when you get the prompt that your changes were successful, click the wireless security link which is just beside the Basic Wireless Settings link (where you changed your SSID). Most computers purchased during the last 4 years have the wireless hardware that will support WPA2-Personal (also known as WPA2-PSK). This is the desired encryption level. If your wireless hardware is older, use WPA. Don't use WEP, because who is easily broken within minutes. So go ahead and set the Security Mode WPA2-Personal. Do this and enter a password. For example, you could use the password ' here be dragons, beware you scurvy dogs! The password is what you enter on all computers that are allowed to connect to the wireless network. MAKE A NOTE SOMEWHERE THAT YOU WILL NOT LOSE.

At this point, your router is set up and if the computer that you use to configure the router will normally connect wireless, disconnect the ethernet cable and wireless of the computer should see your new network. Enter the password that you have created (exactly as you wrote it with all capital letters and punctuation) to join the network and start surfing. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

I just want to be able to use my computer again?

The error means that the disk controller drivers are missing. You must get with the card website mother mftr. and put them on a floppy disk. At the beginning of the installation procedure, and then press F6. An alternative is to integrate the drivers into your installation of XP.

Integrate the RAID or SATA controller drivers:
