  I understand that you have a problem with the first song on the album that you downloaded from the iTunes Store.  The best way to solve the problem is to remove the song and it download on the iTunes Store.  If the second attempt not only success, so I'll include a link to the iTunes Store Support team so that they could watch that particular file.   Here is the information you need:

  This seems to be a long-standing bug that occurs when specific sort orders are selected for Albums (for example, if ordered by year descending sequence) and you start playing a song from an album - this seems to be a side effect of the order happening in view of songs (where sort descending year also reverses order of track number).  Play the album itself should get the order correct independent of the sort order.

  There was a discussion of this issue during the Forum of Windows a couple of days - it seems that the bug has been present in iTunes for several years.  May be, however, with a value of reporting via the iTunes Feedback page.

  Given that YouTube videos are displayed using Adobe Flash Player, probably a good place to start is to uninstall Flash Player, and then download and install the current version.

• Captivate4: Multiple audio playing simultaneously

  Hello.

  I have a project with several sovereign wealth funds (all on separate slides), each with its own audio.

  Everything is played normally on my desktop, but when the project is SCORM 2004 packed and transferred to my LMS, audio for about 5 slides play simultaneously for the length of the first introductory slide (which incedentally has no audio data).

  Once completed the first slide (it has some instructions text and a button 'Next'), and the user continues to the next slide, the audio garble stops.

  I think that for some reason that the audio is played as the swf files are downloaded from the LMS?

  I have all the updated animations to be stored externally in the project (it's the only way I can get it to work correctly) and download 'buffer' to 80%. Framerate is 30 frames per second.

  I had to internalize the animations to avoid audio going crazy. Of course, the file size is now larger and slower download.

  It is a stupid quirk of CP4, and I hope it's resolved in CP5. Another lost day...

  Welcome to the communities of Apple Support!  If your music does not play as expected after the update to iOS 10, I would say to force you to leave the music application, restart your iPhone and try again.

  Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  Choose how to sort songs
  Tap Settings > music > sort songs and Albums
  You can choose to sort your music by artist or title

  Select the category of the Album, turn Shuffle on and off
  In the home screen, tap the music app, tap the library (bottom left), tap Albums
  Tap an Album to select.
  You can press any of the songs in the album to play them individually.

  Current playback
  At the bottom of the screen, if you tap on the little icon of the album (or the title of the current played song), you have the right to see the full-screen playing .  At the bottom of the screen you will see the shuffle and repeat the icons.  If you type shuffle, you will see a pink box will surround the icon because it is activated.
