20 GB to 2 GB without notice

Last week my storage has fallen sharply from 20 GB to 2 GB.

I have a paid subscription. I have 7 GB used, but now I can't sync anymore.

I chatted with the customer service, but the person he could not help out me and promises that someone could get back to me. So far, no one has.

Can someone help me with this annoying problem?

I have the same problem with other users.  For me, the problem started when I upgraded to 2015 on my Mac, but its impact on my Windows PC and iPad.  I think that you will need to put pressure on the support team for the sort.  I still have the problem year am waiting for someone to fix my account.  If you log on to your account, you can have one account free of the Cloud creative, there is the problem that is causing the problem.

    We use EchoSign for signing forms and the final Department receiving the forms was simply download and not their signature.  We have since then failed as a signatory and download it to ourselves and send the form with the signatures of our departments.

    I found the problem. It's my Avast antivirus. I remember the first day, this problem occurred when I switched my antivirus Avast, my laptop suddenly closed during a video call session. I figured it was Avast so I removed it.

    Now I'm using another antivirus (one already installed before Avast). Tested video calling, making long gaming session, there is no sudden down closure even if my temperature reaches 95 degrees Celsius. It's certainly nothing to do with the material of my laptop. Thanks for the help anyway
