Need help on how to solve my problem about installing graphics drivers for my laptop. I replaced my HARD drive today since the hardware problems encountered an original and I was not able to recover all the files of it. I have download all the drivers from the HP site and it installed without any problem until I arrive at SP61152 (Intel HD Graphic Driver). When installing this error message has occurred (this computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install this software).  Also, I can't find the AMD Catalyst Control Center that I have used before when tweaking performance for my applications. Hope someone from HP can help solve this problem. Thank you.

    Hello:

With your model, the pilot only you should install is the pilot of graphics from AMD which installs the drivers for the graphics of the Intel and AMD that has your laptop.

  • Satellite Pro 4220; Question on price

    Hello

Some time ago I found an old laptop Toshiba Satellite Pro series machine, model 4220. It has a Pentium 3 450 Mhz, video card Trident with MB and 256 MB of ram. The only question is, how much it will cost when it is released, and when it came out.

    Thanx.

Wow, your question is very special ;)

Hmm this laptop was released many years ago it s an oldie :D
As I remember it came out November 1999!

But unfortunately, I have not found any price! I think that it of not possible to say what cost this laptop.
Notebook dealers create portable final price and it depends on many factors such as country, supply and demand, etc...!

But maybe a few grandmothers and grandfathers could recall the price ;)

  • Satellite A200-1fl - Impossible to update the drivers from ATI

    Hello!

I have a Toshiba A200-1fl, two days ago I installed Windows 7 64-bit. Just after the installation of Windows has installed the drivers for ATI Mobility Radeon HD2400 (but the version (Microsoft WDDM 1.1), after Windows update installed on 18/08/2009 (former) ATI version.

So, I went to the ATI Web page, I downloaded the latest catalyst suite, but it did not work "Problem with your software/hardware" (were the drivers for Windows 7-64), reflection, is that in the page Web of ATI says:

+ "The following are not supported in this version: +"
+ Computers laptop Toshiba (Please check with your notebook OEM for support of the drivers for these notebooks) +.
+ Sony VAIO notebooks (Please check with your notebook OEM for support of the drivers for these notebooks) +.
+ Computers portable Panasonic (Please check with your mobile phone OEM for support of the drivers for these books) ' + '.

So I went to the TOSHIBA Web page, but only the drivers for Windows 7-64 bits are very old (version 8.432).
I tried to install go to device - display driver - update manager and put the name of the file in the folder ATI, but Microsoft says: this driver is already up to date.

The only suite ATI that works is the 9.9, the rest install me just the Install Manager and some other components but not display/graph drivers.

So what I need to do to update my drivers? Why can't those ATI?

    Thank you very much!

Windows 7-64, Ati Radeon HD2400, 2 GB of RAM responsibility.

    Hello

You should only use the pre-tested driver Toshiba because they are changed from the original with protection against overheating. If you try to install these drivers, they can damage your graphics card. I remember, there was a user playing with drivers such as lead to damage of the graphics card.

  • Windows 7 not genuine after format.

Hi dude, I'm sorry if there is another thread on this topic. However, I could not find so I hope that's not too much pain. My story starts when I had a virus on my laptop, I have tried everything that you try to restore to an earlier date, f8 and all but did not succeed. Then I went to format my laptop. The place I bought my laptop Burns me a copy of Windows 7 as my laptop did not come with 1. Then I formatted my laptop and typed in my product key found on the back of the laptop. everything was fine until today my phone disabled certain functions and the corner saying im 'build 7600 7 window this window is not genuine' not quite sure what I can do to solve this problem, as the laptop computer was purchased with Windows 7 installed. My laptop is an Asus X52JK. Hope I can get some light on this situation. Thank you guys

Thanks to all for trying to help. Ive called Microsoft and they said there is nothing can be done outside to call ASUS and get a recovery cd window 7. After that I have to format the laptop with this cd. The reason is that the cd I used is not compatible with the product key. So now, I have to buy a recovery cd window Asus and wait more than a week for them to send it to me. In addition to this, I was able to backup everything on my laptop. A lot of waste of time. Thanks again guys

  • Lack of Installation/recovery media

Let me be very clear, and I will be speaking very slowly :)

    PROBLEM:

I recently bought the following product:

    http://www.Samsung.com/UK/consumer/PC-peripherals/notebook-computers/ultra-portable/NP540U3C-A02UK

I bought this as a "reconditioned" at a local store and it came with 8 pre-installed windows.

I had no any recovery media or the installation media with my product or even a "product key".

My laptop has no disk drive.

I want to my notebook to restore to the factory settings and I would also the possibility to "Refresh" my cell if necessary, especially since I have a free upgrade to windows 8.1 I HATE several days ago and want to return to windows 8. Should be simple, but my phone does not allow me to restore the default values.

Although I gives me two options to refresh my notebook or reinstall windows and the default settings, whenever I try one of them I get the following message on my screen:

INSERTION OF MEDIA: SOME FILES ARE MISSING, YOUR INSTALLATION OR RECOVERY SUPPORT WILL PROVIDE THESE.

As indicated in my laptop was bought 2nd hand and I did not receive any media recovery or installation and windows 8 was pre-installed and there is no USB drive only.

The store where I bought my laptop says they can send my computer back to be reconditioned again and replaced as long as the plant, which could take up to 6 weeks, but I don't really want to have to endure that whenever I want to restore my computer as long as the factory, if I need to.

Someone also said that they can reinstall windows from the home screen using media on a USB but I don't know them well and I am a little hurt at ease while in giving them access to my computer and do not know if this means also restore the status of the plant.

    MY QUESTIONS:

    1. is it possible for me to buy this missing support from anywhere and if so where?

    2. in the case, how can I restore my laptop as long as the factory? A repair shop that for me even if I do not have the necessary support?

3 if I give up trying to restore the plant and just buy Windows 8 download on the Microsoft store it just download and install windows 8 on my laptop again even if it is running 8.1, without me having to do anything technical myself or fiddle about with disks and USB keys?

Thank you for any response (s) and please stay with what I asked if you really want to help because I think it's pretty obvious, I'm #TECHNOLOGYMORON,

    Thanks :)

PS I am aware there is a similar position, but I don't find that useful.

    Hello

If you contact Samsung everything you might need is the model number and serial number...

This is usually found in the battery compartment.

If you go to the Samsung support page to your computer, you can actually see a link there to order the media...

Samsung is the manufacturer and the only place where you will get the appropriate support to restore your computer to factory... The store where you bought it could also order...

Given that you get no where treat it just go to the Support Page for your machine...

There is only one type of media to restore your computer... The only question is whether it is on a Flash drive or a DVD.

A bootable Flash drive may be preferable. It can sometimes be difficult to restore from an external DVD drive...

  • HP 2000 - 2b19WM Notebook PC: AMD graphic Driver fails repeatedly, and the PC often restarts itself...

I bought this laptop a few months, put it away in a corner and when is it coming out my old laptop broke. I got it at low cost, was handed to nine Windows 8 PC, I've updated to 8.1 in early December. I use this laptop heavily, I watch a lot of videos, and I kept meeting my good old friend, the green of death. I was familiar with it, that the pilot had failed several times on my other laptop as he grew older. However, this error occurs repeatedly. I'll see that I've got the greenscreen, I'll go to my office and opened to the top of the screen with all the drivers listed, click on the display of the maps section and open the graphical part of AMD. I'll click Update driver in the second tab to search for updated drivers. Each time on what he tells me that he has that no update, so I'll be back with the graphical part of AMD, click Update again and, this time, search the drivers already installed on my laptop. Currently, there are 2 AMD drivers available, both the AMD Radeon HD 6310 versions, one starting with a 12 and the other starting with a 13. No matter which version I coose, both only work for a few hours before I have to redo the procees.

ALSO, sometimes after update the graphics drivers, my laptop with just close and restart. He will sit on page load with the HP logo and the circle with doing the loading circle, but the page with disappear and appear again and do exactly the same thing. On several occasions. Finally, a blue screen appears which says I need to restore my laptop and the previous version. I click on the button to do it, and the screen returns to the page from loading except now, it not there no circle loading, just the HP logo. He's sitting like that for about 20-30 minutes before a blue screen appears stating that the laptop could not restore to the earleir version, and there is a button Advanced Options on the Advanced Options page there is a button that says exit and go from 8.1 to Windows, so I click on that and the computer restarts normally and I can use my laptop again.

SO I need someone to tell me how to stop the repeated appearance of greenscreen and (hopefully) tell me how to stop my computer to reboot (it did its shenanigan last night, and when I finally got my computer back to the start screen, my Word documents had disappeared completely. I even tried to restore all thatword documents recorded due to the closure forced the document, but nada for me) I'm afraid that I'll lose even more work and time to these problems, and I hope that someone can help me.

    Hi @SabrinaS,

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I looked in your question about your 2b10wm of 2000 HP Notebook PCs and laptops having problems with restore points. Two graphics drivers that you see listed and you restart the portable computer to uninstall.

Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that may need updating.

Note Remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

Here is a document on assistance with the computer does not start. It gives you instructions step by step when you see the HP Logo screen.

What happens when you play a DVD?

What browser do you use? Here is a site that will check if your update.

    Please let me know.

    Thank you.

Here is a document called battery is no Notebook Power or hold a Charge. If your portable computer battery powers the laptop or will not hold a charge, troubleshoot the battery to see if it needs to be replaced. If the battery does not seem to be the issue please follow the document troubleshooting power supply for laptop .

If the diagnosis says that you will need to purchase a replacement power, make sure that you use the computer model number and check the correct part number for the card in the HP parts store.

    Hello:

You need these wireless and ethernet drivers...

This package provides the driver to support the Atheros Wireless LAN card in the laptop models running a supported operating system.

    File name: sp56572.exe

This package contains the Realtek driver local area network (LAN) that allows the NIC (NIC) Realtek chip in the notebook models that are running an operating system supported.

    File name: sp56680.exe

You can use the W7 x 64 drivers and software HP 2000z-2 has 00 on your laptop, except the BIOS and firmware files.

  • 2000 - portable 2b19WM - Downgrade from Windows 8 for Windows 7

My sister recently bought a portable 2b19WM 2000 with Windows 8 and not to worry for the new operating system and want to return to Windows 7. A few questions:

-Is it possible? Is the 2000-2b19WM compatible with WIN7?

-If Yes, what drivers I need to locate for WIN7 so that the laptop work properly, or most works already?

-If not, where can I find the drivers I have to perform the downgrade?

It is possible to downgrade this machine to Windows 7. Its not particularly difficult, just time consuming.

You will need to get the following:

    Win 7 drivers - http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=5275377&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=5259212&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=4063#11360

Everything you need is there except the driver of the Bus SM... you'll have to get directly from AMD.

    from THIS link http://www2.ati.com/drivers/13-1_vista_win7_win8_32-64_sb.exe

Save these drivers on a USB key.  This laptop has no internet connectivity until the network drivers are installed.

You must get the OEM version of flavor that never in Windows 7 that you want to install (Home, Pro, full, etc.)

You are local MOM and computer store pop who built and sold computers should be able to set you up with one (you will probably need to buy a mouse or something to satisfy the requirement of equipment for OEM sales)

5 DVD to back up your current configuration of Windows 8 (just in case something goes wrong).

    What you need to do:

    1. first of all use the HP Recovery Manager to create DVD of restoration Windows 8 since laptops recovery partition. Just in case where for some reason, something goes wrong during the downgrade or if ever you want to go back to windows 8. During the downgrade the recovery partition on the hard disk will be deleted, so if you don't do it now, you will need to order them from HP if you want to return to 8.

    2. go in settings PC in charms bar select GENERAL, and then scroll down to advanced options boot... choose the option that allows you to enter the BIOS.  Here, you will change the boot to 'LEGACY BOOT' section (don't worry about the warning that appears), and set the first boot on the internal DVD ROM drive device. Insert your Windows 7 DVD in the drive and press F10 to save the changes and reboot. the PC should boot from the DVD and start installing windows 7.

    3. when the installation program gets listed in the part where it asks where you want to install Windows 7, remove ALL partitions, and then create a new primary partition and continue the installation.  Windows 7 will NOT install with any of the original scores left in place.

    4. after the installation is complete and windows is enabled, install the drivers... starting with the driver chipset and video drivers first. The rest can be installed in what you order here...

    5. download and install Service Pack 1 from microsoft here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842 choose the second from the bottom (the 6.1 windows x 64 version)

    THEN

install internet explore 10... from there... http://www.Microsoft.com/en-US/Download/details.aspx?ID=36806

    Once it is all done,

    go to http://www.ninite.com

Check the programs that you want from those available and click on the get Installer button... It will download and install the programs you choose in a single automated... scan this can save a lot of time.

That's all there is too it.

To return to 8, just jump in the BIOS to disable legacy startup and boot from DVD 1 of your recovery discs 8 woodwork earlier. and itll be immediately how it was when it was new out of the box.
