• Printer HP PhotoSmart C309g print is no longer black text, graphics, etc.

  Hello:

  We have a HP laptop.

  We have a C309g wireless HP PhotoSmart all-in-One printer/scanner/copier.

  It has worked very well for a few years, until 2 days ago.

  It allows to print is no longer in black (colors and black Photo work very well).

  We have it removed... removed all ink cartridges, removed the cartridge caddy,

  clean the electrodes, replaced the caddy, installed 5 cartridges (all) new, etc.

  We went through the process of removing the cartridges, caddy, locking,

  remove the power cord, wait a few minutes, and then make the process reverse.

  When you turn on the printer, it does its auto-check/install and after about 4-5 minutes

  We said that the installation failed, the press the OK button.

  We went thorugh this process several times, and the facility has failed every time.

  In the past, installation of printer cartridges, cleaning, calibration... executed quickly.

  The printer will not print anything that is black, that he me a print from Word, Notepad,

  make a direct copy of the glass, etc... together, with the phone on or off, but it will not

  print anything in black standard.

  The colors and black Photo print correctly but the regular black does not.

  The output of the other 4 cartridges are sharp, crisp, etc..

  Anything... text, graphics, etc. in the standard black does not print.

  Any ideas.

  OK, I understand you have checked the vents and they were OK (or you clean them?).

  Have you run three rounds of cleaning of the façade?

  Did you soak the printhead?

  If you've done everything above, I've seen a few cases was a hard reset solves the problem.  To do this turn on the printer, then unplug the USB cable from the printer and then unplug the power cable from the printer for a minute.  Then replace the power cable and turn on the printer, then replace the USB cable.

  Why is that when I have a group of texts, graphics, and rectangles selected, Muse will allow me to scale upward, but not reduce them?

  I assume this has something to do with the size of the text boxes, but I'm not sure. Anyone can shed some light on this?

  Yes, they are probably text boxes of your choice that will not reduce and maintain a minimum height according to the content/text inside. You can try deleselecting the block of text of your choice, and you notice that you are able to reduce their all as well.

• 8 GB of ram is sufficient on 2015 MBP 13.3 inches?

  I'm looking to replace my mid-2010 17 "(8 GB) MacBook Pro.

  I want to replace it with a model of retina of 13.3 inches.

  I run a wide range of software. I suspect that most require a lot of resources is Adobe Photoshop CC and sometimes video editing on Adobe Premier. I use it mainly for web development, including web programming, and preparation of graphics for the web (Photoshop). I also do the publishing with InDesign (book publishing).

  My question to those who have the knowledge and experience, I'll be fine with version 8 GB (even 3 to 5 years)?

  I noticed that, at least that I buy directly from Apple (which I don't want to do) I can get 16 GB as a package that includes a faster processor and the biggest SSD (512GB), who all push the price up in way too high. I am otherwise very well with the specifications of the package of standard model 8GB / 256GB, as long as the 8 GB won't be a factor limiting significantly 3 years and more from now.

  No one can give an authoritative, response which may or may not be required 3 + years from now.

  How your current MBP 2010 manages the resources intensive applications?  The new MBP 2015 with the 8 GB of RAM should be much, much better.  If the 2010 is satisfactory, you should have no problem with the newer model.

• Replace the SSD 2015 MBP retina

  Purchased the base early 2015 retina MBP (was on a real budget) and I'm looking to replace the SSD with a larger SSD.  I read on various forums that this can be done, but that nobody makes compatible SSD yet... However, these positions have been since around about a year ago.  Has this changed?  Is it possible to buy an SSD and replace my existing and if so, where?  Can't seem to find anything on ifixit.com, I saw mentioned OWC.

  Now, there is no replacement for the SSD for Macbook Pro retina 13 or 15 (2015) as Apple use a non-standard interface of its SSD.

  The most economical way to clean large SSDS such as 512 GB or 1 TB on the last Macbook pro is to customize your rMBP when you bought from Apple so far.

• Photoshop 2015.5 CC: Text - text of paragraph tool

  Hello

  I can't change the width on a text paragraph by dragging the right side upper, medium and lower small square that appear when a text layer is active.

  When clicking the square just, it is committed, and deselect the layer. Workaround (kind of): layer converted to text and vice versa for the text of the paragraph then its possible to drag the boxes but only for a short time.

  Is this something others meet and is there a solution?

  Sorry, you experience this problem. Try this workaround to see if that solves the problem of not being able to adjust the size of the text of paragraph https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/enable-optional-extensions-photoshop-cc.html#Disable _ Reduce_User_Experience_Friction. However, where it says '3. Save the file as "PSUserConfig.txt" to your version of Photoshop settings folder:... "references to 2015 in the name of the file should be 2015.5 instead.

• Why Illustrator CC 2015 removes the text and objects when I export my work to JPEG or TIFF?

  Basically I have never encountered this problem on my Macbook Pro, but I just bought a new iMac and I get this problem. In order to reduce the PDF proofs to the United States and China, I tend to the artboard export to TIFF / JPEG import back into Illustrator CC 2015 and save as PDF. But whenever I have export my work plan and an overview of JPEG or TIFF, Miss me the elements in the document. Even after the expansion of the text in vector objects based objects, they continue to disappear. Can anyone help? Thank you

  You can have white points set to overprint. Select the bullets and in attributes palette remove overprinting.

  Evidence before making a .jpg file to view > overprint preview. In fact, I leave that to all most of the time.

• Acrobat DC 2015 created no text in documents

  I just installed Acrobat DC 2015 on my laptop 8.1 widows and attempted to create a PDF from a web page. I have tried many web pages all IE, Chrome and Firefox. There is no text in the pages I created. I have read the Adobe instructions to configure preferences, but I didn't changed anything to the fact that there is no text on the pages that I created. I upgraded from Acrobat XI and had no trouble to create PDFs of web pages, or anything else, but when I've upgraded to Acrobat DC 2015, I had this problem and I can't find a solution anywhere.

  Does anyone know how to produce PDF files with text using Acrobat DC 2015? Please advise me.

  I was cleaning my registry when I discovered that it was missing an important key in Acrobat DC. I uninstalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled using the creative Application of Cloud properly. Now the DC Acrobat add works all three browsers, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

  This is the solution. If Acrobat DC does not properly, just use the creative Application of cloud to uninstall and reinstall.

  I tried everything so the only thing left a resettlement.

• First cc 2015, 960 SC NVIDIA graphics card does not properly - advice please!

  I have just signed up to Premiere Pro CC 2015.  I also had the 'SuperSuper clocked' new graphics EVGA Gtx 960 map that I've been informed that my makes it would really speed up.  Unfortunately there is no Super current synchronization and makes is very slow. No change.

  I have:

  -Downloaded the latest NVIDIA drivers

  -Ticked all the boxes in the first for the use of the GPU with CUDA, Maximum acceleration few make it,.

  Runs from PC:

  -Windows 7 (64-bit)

  -24 GB of RAM memory installed.

  -INTEL CORE i7, 3.33 GHz

  Maybe Adobe Premiere does not accept the officially this new graphics card?  Any help would be appreciated.

  Effects of rendering previews is a CPU-based process.

  Export the video is also a CPU-based process.

  Therefore, I do not expect you would see improvements in most of the cases, as your GPU is not used for these processes.

• Split the text/graphic in Illustrator

  OK, so I'm quite aware of how spatially split graphics or text horizontally or vertically as a whole. What interests me, it is a method of splitting text have through the path of the text. For example, if I have the letter "S" after spitting, I would have two forms of "S" of skinner because I created a branch cut in the center of the lane along the text. You can see a 'picture' of what I would do to the image as an attachment. Of course, I could try to do in hand spend a lot, a lot of time trying to get it to look as straight as possible, but it is never correct/perfect. This is illustrator. It is the vector based... all in perfect points. There must be an accurate and effective method to achieve something like this without having to do it by hand, and be able to do for more than one letter.

  I tried looking for other forums, but I'm not really having a bit of luck. Maybe it's the vocabulary I use to search for the process. If there is anyone out there that can help me, I would be very happy. Thank you very much!

  Check your system with the Apple Hardware Test if thermal censor is a bad thing.

  I tried to disable addons, reinstall firefox with and without my original settings, but it still does it in safe mode it does not do so, it is quite noticeable in the face book but it also does other things of text, including the pluggins how to remove page

  Just updated earlier today.  Now I am creating a chart title in the first, but the titration module won't allow me to put in a graphic file.  I right click in the window title, but the graphic option is grayed out and won't let me select it.  It used to work fine, so what happened?

• Muse 2015.1 white text shows in black in the browser.

  I designed a text box with a dark background with white text. When downloaded the text appears black. Re-done and still the same problem.

  It's on a master Muse page if that makes a difference.

  Although I believe that it is a flaw/bug, I found a potential solution...

  .. in other words, highlight the text presenting the problem to the Muse, then go to window > character Styles and click the icon to make / create a new style.

  You can rename the Style to something meaningful and double-clicking the style allows you to see its attributes, which should include the color and the font size. Apply the same Style to other relevant documents and publish with your fingers crossed!

• Since the update to 2015 CC, my text is pixelated.

  No matter how fit my type anti-aliasing is pixelated. If I change to make crunchy or smooth for example, it's blurred. I am a novice user and if it doesn't, I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions? This happens also with Adobe Fireworks. It is really affecting my productivity.

  There is a good chance that this has something to do with your video card. Go to Preferences > performance and turn 'Use graphics processor' and see if that helps.
