22 - 3125na AIO: AIO compared to AIO 22-3025na 22-3125na

Hi, I'm trying to compare the 22-3125 with the 22-3015 AIO AIO.  The material appears to be identical and software differences seem to be minor.  Then, the 3125 is simply a version of Windows 10 in the 3025?

Any help is appreciated! Kind regards.

The new AIO Pavilion came back with Windows 10 months and I used facial recognition to open a session.  All fine until 1 week ago, when the home screen says now "preparing...". "and"can't turn to the camera. Use the PIn to connect.

    Hi there @DavidG6,

That the Forums are with you!  I understand that your web camera does not work properly for connection purposes.  I'm happy to help you with this.

Assuming that it could be a recent update of Windows 10 which is the culprit, you can try using a computers HP - use Microsoft System Restore (Windows, 10, 8) to return to the level of before the problem appeared and see if it works now.  If so, then it is likely a change in software to your system.  Once you have determined that, then you can check: How to prevent Windows 10 to automatically download updated -howtogeek.com, prevent this set of updates.

  • Pavilion 22-H010EL: need to replace the cable SATA in my AIO, can't find the right

Hi all, I have a problem with my 22-H010EL AIO HP Pavilion TouchSmart.

The hard drive broke twice while PC was covered by the warranty; now the warranty period is over, and the hard drive broke again. I guess that there is a power supply problem, in fact I see the hard drive has boots more than I actually received; Sometimes I hear a sound of boot clearly while the PC is on (and I'm sure that's not because of the stand by, because it happens while I use it). Also, just after the first replacement of hard disk, it showed 7 boots upward in an hour; I guess the power/SATA cable is damaged, the origin of the problem described, but it could be the motherboard, too.
I would like to replace the cable to see if it works, I really hope he does it; Thanks in advance for any response.

  • Wireless using Photosmart 7280 AIO and Photosmart 3210 AIO USB - installation problem

I use Windows XP sp2. The 7280 is new, so I was told HP support completely uninstall all my computer HP software, then install more software 7280, then use the menu option 'Add device' on the installation software of 7280 again to install the 3210. I have installed suceesfully 7280 software and am able to access the 7280 on my wireless LAN. However, when I use the installation of 'Add device' in the installation software, I get the dialog box 'Connect Your Device Now' (following the instructions for the installation of the USB) and when I connect the USB to my 3210 to the computer, I get the Windows Wizard 'addition of material", which is unable to locate the drivers for the 3210. The button 'Next' in the 'Connect Your Device Now' dialog box is not enabled, so I can't continue. It seems strange to me that Windows identifies the device but the HP software does not see. The 3210 is not in my list of printers in Windows.

Even more strangely, yesterday I ran the base driver and utility download for the 3210 off the coast of the HP site after installing the 7280 software (probably shouldn't have done) and everything worked, I was able to print on both devices, however this morning when I turned on the computer I got a HP dialog box telling me that the installation failed and it can uninstall some software including all drivers 3210.

Any suggestions? What I have to spend 2 + hours to uninstall and reinstall from the beginning again?

Well, I think that I solved, at least as well as is possible. I just uninstalled, installed all the 3210 drivers downloaded from HP, then install the software suite full 7280. Both printers are available and print jobs, but the HP Solution Center software only allows me to access the AIO 7280, so I guess I won't be able to scan from my 3210 on my computer - I have to use the 7280 for this. I didn't install the software suite full of the 3210 - maybe that would give me two centers solutions HP (two different versions), one for the 3210 and one for the 7280...

Incidentally, I don't have the CD 3210 - I think I have lost - so I'm dependent on the HP download page.

  • HP photosmart AIO 7525; noisy and too long to print

    HP photosmart AIO 7525

connected to a HP windows 7 64 bit

It is my printer 2nd in 2 months (same model # from the same store).

First, I went back to scratches and that I could not solve the problems of alignment.

This, it is extremely noisy; It takes a minimum of 50 seconds to even begin printing, looks a keurig coffeemaker, and it continues to operate after the print job. Looks like it's lining up or clean the printhead everytime

Initially, it would not connect to web services; but after 2 hours, I got it to work.
In printing a page of a web page, the only thing that printed was clearly the company to the top, the page number, address date and files below. All him rest isn't clear (like the rest) and the characters are shredded and not aligned.

Any help on these questions or I am going back this one too?

    Thank you

    No, it does not.

the update does not apply to my system

    Win 7 64 bit

I think I can just return it too

  • How do I scan multiple pages using HP PhotoSmart AIO 5512

With Windows 7 64 bit wireless for HP 5512 AIO printer.  Try using the HP software to scan several pages in a single document, but it does not provide options or the possibility to do so.  Is there a switch or a control or something escapes me or do I need a different software?  I could do with my old PhotoSmart Plus (B209A).

    Hello ScooterSim

I understand what you mean. Try to change the resolution to 300 dpi or lower, some printers are unable to analyze multi-page documents to over 300 and it is then hidden.

  • 23 - d254er envy: mSATA SSD on PC AiO

    Hello!

I kinda want to improve my PC HP ENVY 23 AiO AiO computer Touchsmart (p/n: 23-d254er).

Is this PC AiO support mSATA Samsung 850 EVO SSD disk Samsung MZ-M5E250BW ?

I found a free location of MINI_CARD2 on the motherboard (see photo of atteched).

I don't buy or not this SSD.

    Thank you!

    Hi there @iliyas1985,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!  I understand that you are looking for help for a potential installation of SSD.   I'm happy to help you with this.

Looking at HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - specifications of the motherboard, IPISB-NK (Lavaca3-SB)for your system, it has the following internal expansion slots:

Two PCI Express mini card Sockets (generation 2 speed)
A PCI Express MXM slot that takes care of a PCI Express x 16 graphics card (generation 2 speed)

So if you find an SSD, which is compatible with those you can try to use it, but it's never a guarantee that both devices will work together.

Please let me know if it works for you and if it does not solve your problem, please mark this message as a solution. Bravo would be appreciated as well.

  • Scanner Photosmart Premium C309g AIO

I have the Phostosmart AIO device installed on my home network with a USB connection to a Win XP computer (server).  I can print to the printer from other computers on the network.  I can scan at the server level, but I can't scan other computers on the network.

The AIO is installed with the full device on Server Setup and the computers on the network.  I did a complete uninstall and reinstall without help.

Server: Win XP pro with Service Pack 3

Computer network: Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit.  This computer does not see a scanner, although it prints on the PRINTER.

Any information on how to get the scanner works on the network will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello bspickler,

So that you can scan using the PC connected to the server, follow these steps.

1 > have the printer connected to the router.

2 > run the printing software so that it finds the printer.

Please click here to access information on how to have the printer connected to the wireless router.

  • PAVILION TOUCH AIO 23 ": turn the rear display after having turned it off

I apologize for this issue, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.  My question is this:

I have an AIO (ALL-IN-ONE) 23 "touch Office.

I decide to turn off the display.

After [enter here] I decide I want to turn my screen back on [enter reason here].

The question is: How can I enable the display on?  I flip the mouse? Do I press the power button?

I want to just be sure of my options before I commit to simply turn off my screen.  Thank you. And once again, if this question was already posted I can't find anywhere.

    Hi there @HannTheftAudio,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff. I understand that you have a problem with your computer startup. I'm happy to help you.

As you have already ordered a new power supply and the Board of Directors, you can wait for those to come. But if you prefer try this document: desktop HP - computer starts not (Windows 10.8)

Please let me know how it works for you and if it does not solve your problem, please mark this message as a solution. Bravo would be appreciated as well.

I apologize for the inconvinience, but has nothing to do with the general question.  The question should simply turn off my screen and how do I turn it back on.  There is an option to turn off my screen, which leaves the computer running (which is the general point of view).  All I wanted to know is how I would re - turn on the screen.

I was able to answer my own question however: all I had to do was

    1. just move/click the mouse

    or

    2. press a button on my keyboard

    or

    3. just my touchscreen (as I have a touch screen).
