32-bit Windows 7 browser, Adobe Flash Player,

I recently got a new laptop with Windows 7, 64-bit system, and I love it, except for the fact that he cannot run Flash Player again.
I don't have a problem, because internet explorer 32-bit, or any other 32-bit browser must have worked with flash player. However, when I get to a site where I would use flash player, including even the page on the adobe website where you test your flash drive, the browser crashes (I tried IE, firefox, opera, safari and google chrome), and it is said that the browser must stop.

I use an Inspiron 1545, Dell
build 7600 windows 7
Pentium dual core T4300 2.1 GHz
4 GB of ram

Would be great if someone could help understand me why flash player will not work with these 32-bit browsers, and if there is anything I can do to change that.

Here's what I did.

You will notice that a bar appears at the top of the window to download an activex control. DO NOT CLICK here. You don't need the Adobe Download Manager on your computer.

Instead, go to the bottom of the page where it says: your download will begin automatically.
If it does not start, click here to download

Download the file and save it to your hard drive. Then close Internet Explorer. Now, go to the file and run it. Then go to: http://www.adobe.com/ software/flash/about / to see that it has been installed successfully. It should show you that the installed version of 10,0,42,34.

    Hello Cynthia Ali,.

Without knowing if you have a computer 32-bit or 64-bit, I guess that the problem could be a 64-bit Adobe flash player has not yet been released by Adobe.

If this is not the case, please provide further details about your question and we will be happy to help you. Give the exact error message.

  • Cannot install Adobe Flash Player on Windows 7 64-bit OS. All Solutions?

What can I do to get Adobe products to work?
The yellow bar at the top of many Web pages require products Adobe must be installed to view.
For example, the following message appears on some Web pages:
«This websight wants to install the following add on: Adobe Flash Player install, Adobe Systems Inc..» If you trust the website and the add-on to install it, click here. "When I click on it and install it, nothing happens! Is there a compatibility issue with 64 bit of Windows 7 and Adobe Flash Player? And is there a way around this problem so that I can view these pages?

Adobe Flash Player does not work with the 64 bit version of Internet Explorer 8, please use the 32-bit version. Click Start > all programs > Internet Explorer (one who is not listed as 64-bit).

  • Impossible to update Adobe flash player 10.1 or upgrade of windows live.

    Running VISTA, Win IE8, 24 bits;
    (1) when downloaded adobe flash player 10.1, it shows with success, but it is not.  The web pages and utube still does not work.
    (2) when this update of windows for windows live, he fails and manually does not help.  Many fail essentials, update, auto, but when I go into the manual download, install, they charge (especially the files office, important updates).

All this has been tried, unsuccessfully, previously.  However, I went to another site that has helped my download, save manually (which seems to be the problem, download automatically without saving and manual installation).  When I ran the memorized program, it installed correctly.  Thank you.

  • Adobe Flash Player crashes when launching any video

As of today, I can't watch the videos because Adobe Flash Player crashed from any video.

    Reinstalled Flash. Did not help
Already a little older version of Flash. Did not help

Even better yet, everytime I try to access troubleshooting information in firefox, the browser crashes every time without fail. I'll try to make a list of the plugins and addons for you well.

If Windows object to save the changes because of permissions, try this way:

    (1) in a window of my computer or Windows Explorer, open this folder:

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

If this folder does not exist, then you are using 32-bit Windows, and you can open the following folder instead:

    C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash

(Note: this folder exists on Windows 32-bit and 64-bit, but on 64-bit Windows Firefox use the Flash player in the place SysWOW64 folder.)

    (2) check a file named mms.cfg:

    (A) If mms.cfg exists, drag it in your Documents folder , where you can change it without being bothered on administrator privileges

    (B) If there is no such thing as mms.cfg open your Documents folder, right click > new > text file and the name of the new file mms.cfg

    (3) mms.cfg Documents opened in a text editor such as Notepad. Add this on its own line (I have the latter):

    ProtectedMode=0

Save the file and close Notepad.

    (4) press and hold the Ctrl and the mms.cfg file reglisser to the Flash folder to make a copy, keep the original documents

This change should take effect the next time you restart Firefox (allow a few minutes for all the Flash of the processes in memory to terminate right out of Firefox).

    Hi all

I hope this isn't a stupid question. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem regarding the browser Google Chrome Dev (Version 45.0.2438.3 dev - m (64 bit)) using an old version of Flash Player? Here are the details from the Plugins page. I have 18.0.0.205 beta installed (by ActiveX, NPAPI, PPAPI) However, these are the versions of 32-bit. Chrome will not give me access to any other plugin for flash player other than what is shown below. As far as I know the latest public version of the Chrome browser is 18.0.0.203?

There the stand-alone installers for 64-bit flash players, because I have not met one of these? Not sure if Chrome doesn't is more pick up these plugins being installed because of this be a later version of the channel dev, or be a 64 bit version now. Thank you in advance for any input.

    Hi all

It seems that the powers that be have solved that problem. The current version of Adobe Flash Player is now correct from Google Chrome Dev version 45.0.2453.0 dev - m (64-bit), as below:

    As I said, I have both 9.0 IE 32-bit and 64-bit IE 9.0 on a 64-bit Windows 7.0 system.

Which Adobe Flash Player I have to install?

Versions of the-32B and 64B?, or just 64 - b version works in both?

    Hello

Flash supports 32-bit and 64-bit player in a single, Universal Installer.  On a 64-bit operating system, Flash Player installs both and the client (for example the browser) selects the suitable for use.  If you use THE 32-bit, it will use 32-bit Flash Player.  If you are using IE 64 bit, it will use 64-bit Flash Player.

I have Windows Vista 64-bit. I can not play online games on Pogo. I have already contacted Pogo & they have update me of flash player. Firefox disabled by the Flash plugin. I can't update Adobe flash player because it does not support 64-bit.

But I can not find all 32-bit versions of Flash Player download. I tried to download another version of IE, a 64-bit version, but when it was all over I had the same version again.

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER:
      sfc/scannow

The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

Even if you are a 64-bit machine 8 default IE should be 32-bit version.  This is the version that runs on 64-bit computers by default.  If you use this version, then the problems will disappear.  As previously reported Adobe are still working on a version of Flash for 64 - bit.
