• Installation of 4500 HP Envy does not accept the IP on printer

  I was installing my new HP Envy 4500, and everything was a lot. The printer connected to my router Westell 7500 wireless and I can see it on the network with the IP 10.0.0.17.   Was it a virus? Windows flip out because I had already run a Lexmark printer? What happened a month that made me lose communication with my old printer. I'll never know.

  But, I have solved my problem, so I'm happy.

  I bought online a year pre paid membership creative cloud may 2016. I looked at my account setting and the purhcase is not there. I contacted the seller (digitalriver) online and asked them what the problem is and they said they have it in the folder that I still have active a year membership. Now I can't use all the apps by creative cloud because it's showing that I don't have registration. Adobe probably has the worst customer service because you can't call them and you cannot send e-mail.

  I write this while waiting for my problem will be examined.

  I understand that you are unable to print in color on your HP Envy 4504 printer. I will definitely do my best to help you.

  You are able to print a test highlighted report? The printer prints a blank Page or does not black print or ink color for the HP ENVY 4500 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3540 e-all-in-One Printer Series.

  The problem only occurs when printing from Mac? It seems that there is a problem with the printer driver. Please see these instructions by my colleague Anti-double-U-di.
