  This could be a firewall issue. You may need to set the ftp in passive mode by adding the passive attribute = 'yes '.

  It's because you have installed CloudFogger, which protects your files in enrcytpt them to ensure safety for DropBox or GoogleDrive. Probably, you have not installed the program, that's why it shows all files with the extension .cfog I you Explorer.
  Re-install the program and you connect to your account back on your files.

  1. what email software do you use on the computer?

  2. What is the size of the image sent in the email?

  In order to open or view the photo sent in a message e you must first save the attachment and see later.

  (a) open the program that you use on the computer

  (b) open the message that contains the image.

  (c) in the message window, click the file menu and then click on save attachments.

  (d) select the location where you want to save the attachments.

  Once the image is saved, then right-click on it and select the program you want to open the image.

  This is much like a directory corrupted on your hard drive.  If you have not yet tried, check for errors on your hard disks with a 'chkdsk/f'  Your external readers should check interactively.  Your system startup disk will require a reboot of the system and will be checked offline.  This is a normal maintenance procedure and should be performed periodically.  Note: Large capacity disks can take hours to check.

  2 is specific to the file .xlxs the problem?

  3. do you have a security program installed on the computer?

  4. are you aware of any recent software or hardware on the computer changes?
