• How to manually repair the iMovie libraries

  I started to edit a video on my macbook air (Sierra Beta) early 2015.  The file has left my library iMovie for a hard drive external, then moved from there to my Mac Pro 2009 (El Capitan 10.11.6).  I did it in the past and it worked fine.  Then I tried to bring my macbook air after the deletion to make sure it worked, and when I opened iMovie he asked if I wanted to fix my iMovie library.  Once I did the video I was working was available.  When I open the Project menu on my Mac Pro, it does not ask me to fix my library.  Is it possible to fix manually? What is a beta version problem? I also tried to move again to see if maybe the first time did not work properly.   I could solve this problem by moving a film that shows in my projects out of my library and then again.  He then invited repair me my library, and all my movies then presented themselves under my projects.

  OK, I think my question about why you want to replace the CPU is answered ;)
  But as far as I know, that you will not find such a manual by downloading or around the internet as I think only ASP guy have these instructions.

  Perhaps it is like with car repair instructions. Officials as they are used in repair shops are provided only by the vehicle manufacturer for these shops.

  My laptop recently died (motherboard failure) and I used to use DriveLock on my hard drive. Given that my warranty has expired, and now I have other laptops HP to use, I removed the hard drive and installed on my desktop computer in order to transfer the data I had on this drive.

  Problem is Windows cannot read the disc because it is locked. I contacted HP support via chat, but they did not quite help with my problem - I was recommended to use 3rd party tools. I did sam google-ing and download Hiren boot CD in order to unlock the hard drive (I know that my password of course). Then, I ran into a brick wall - password set on disc had was not the same (I used tool MHDD). After more research I discovered that DriveLock calculates the password by using the password I entered in combination with something else (S/N, or something like that I'm not sure).

  Is it possible that I can provide HP support with my password, serial number, proof of ownership in order to receive the password with which I could unlock my HARD drive?

  HP support in my country (Croatia) have not responded to my request and it is very professional.

  I solved my problem by moving my HDD DriveLock-ed to another HP laptop computer that supports DriveLock (this was also 4xxx series). I removed DriveLock of BIOS on this laptop.

  Different speeds of memory (DDR, DDR2, DDR3) are all incompatible with each other. They run at different voltages.

  To prevent us from frying our motherboards, they even cut the notches in the modules of memory in different places, so it is physically impossible to install a DDR3 module in a slot of DDR2 memory.

  It goes the same for desktop computers.
