5.4.1.6 upgrade to 6.0.0 fails 5%

I'm trying to upgrade our version 5.4.1.6 VDC build 40 to version 6.0.0 - 1005, but every time I get this error:

Update Installation Failed: [5%] Fatal error: error running script 000_start/108_check_sensors_ver.pl

I was also getting the error when you try to upgrade 5.4.1.5 - 33 to 6.0 and had hoped the patch could solve the problem.  I confirmed that the upgrade file contains the correct SHA hash according to Cisco's Web site.

The 6.0.0 pre-installation is installed on the VCC (I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times, without result), and I upped the VDC RAM of 4 GB to 8 GB (more than the minimum 6 GB 6.0 requires, according to the documentation).

The only managed sensor is version 5.3.1.6 - 16 on an ASA5515X, which is running ASA software version 9.4 (2) 11.

Hello

Latest version of ASA 5515 SFR was: 5.4.0.7. If you need to upgrade to 5.4.0 first and then only move to later versions.

DV6 - 7247cl just bought 1 week ago, I bought windows 8 pro upgrade pack and backed up my windows 8 base images.  When to perform in-place upgrade today ' today-all seemed well until it has restarted and came to a start with three boxes menu: Windows 8 on volume 4

I tried all 3 and each of them became all black and then blue screen, your computer has encountered a problem....

I went into recovery options and each tried and nothing worked.  The last option that I came was to make Factory Image Recovery, I need Windows 8 Pro because I join domain and use Bitlocker and start with the virtual hard drive.  Why it failed, would it secure boot or UEFI.  Please tell me what I can do to get this update to work.  The upgrade looked like it was working but then wouldn't boot into Windows more after the reboot.

Sorry for the experience with the support of Microsoft. I wasn't expecting that. Let us try the old process to restore the system to the factory settings, uninstalling unwanted applications and then create an inplace upgrade to Windows 8 Pro. Let's see what happens this time.

    Hello

After the upgrade to Windows 8.1 the OEM of Windows 8 my machine on the ground to stop. I looked at some common problems, but there are just to many to test when my machine is so slow. Right click takes about 10 minutes to display the menu to give you an idea.

In any case, I have a copy of Windows 7 but HP does not support this OS on this system, I searched this forum but can't find anything particular about my model number and drivers Windows 7.

A point in the right direction for Windows 7 drivers for this system would be a great help or advice for me to use the machine on the 8.1

    Hello:

Your model is pretty easy to install W7 x 64 on.

If you let me know which model of laptop wireless card is came with, I'll post the link to this driver too.

I don't think the drivers wireless since the page g7z-2100 driver will work.

Here are links to most of the drivers you need:

First of all, download and install the AMD chipset driver and restart.  To install the smbus and usb3 controllers.

    http://support.AMD.com/en-us/download/chipset?OS=Windows 7-64

You can then use all the other W7 x 64 drivers and software the g7z-2100 on the link below (except maybe the wireless).

    Are you ready for it?

How are your backups?  Made sure your consistent data (just the things important to you) backups are working correctly and can be restored from?  What your support installation and key product / series number backups - all that sorted and easily accessible?

Have you checked, while visiting with the manufacturer of your system and the manufacturers of the software, you use most on your computer, all what you have/use/want to use are supported by said manufacturer with 10 windows and discovered that, instead, you need to do to continue the use of a stringer of such things after the upgrade?  Some device drivers upgraded, you need to download?  A software patch?  Uninstall the software before upgrading to Windows 10 and install it once the upgrade is complete?

You have refined a method of execution to a COMPLETE PICTURE of the right SYSTEM backup before you start the upgrade? After all the upgrade to Windows 10 Windows 7/8.1 could be likened to move coverage while stand you on it - so it is quite complex and has its risks.  Backup offline during the upgrade (and external) media image full system is a VERY good backup plan in case something goes wrong or - you don't like it.

You might even want to clean this system some current, make sure * it * is as healthy as it could be before attempting to upgrade.  An efficient and up-to-date system is more likely to result in a smoother experience for an upgrade is as broad as this...  You could look through this previous conversation where I suggested someone clean up their system before the upgrade:

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/windows8_1-update/scheduling-the-upgrade-to-Windows-10-not-working/13e88e85-2919-4e20-847E-94073e48090c

Some links that would be different from those in the above suggested cleanup link - if you have Windows 7 and not Windows 8.1 (and want to do the same cleanup)...

    -Disk Cleanup: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/818-disk-cleanup-open-use.html

    -SFC/scannow: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

    -Defragment: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11733-disk-defragmenter-open-use.html

    When you think you're ready...

Use the page web media creation tool to kick off your upgrade.

The big take away there are: the device drivers, software updates and BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!

You could even make a full image backup of your current system and CLEAN install Windows 10 using your product key Windows 7/8.1 (from - likely - your product key on your machine sticker) and start completely cleaned with 10 Windows - install everything you want or need and restore your personal/etc of your latest files backups of files/folders (not the picture of the system.)

Then, if things do not work on (pilot devices, software, etc.), you can use the system image backup to restore State "pre-fact-anything that it" and continue on.  ;-)

There are several methods (person who stands out) to clean a machine that gets the error you have and make the upgrade work on-site.  Concerns by ensuring that there are no readers mounted (as SD on your monitor/printer, etc. cards) and others suggest to turn off the Wi - Fi or your reader of CD/DVD during the upgrade and even uninstall some programs (such as those manufactured by Cyberlink) in addition to those more normal around removing software AV before the upgrade and/or running SFC / SCANNOW as I the suggested already.  I would like to just clean the machine that I put in the first place - it will not harm the machine, maybe it will fix the problem, and even if it isn't, you will be eliminated common problems so troubleshooting options narrow.
